  • This is my 2016 Polaris Sportsman 110 EFI. I’ve had it since new. I got it when I was 11. I’m now almost 17. So take or less, I’ve had this thing for over 5 years going into 6. If you’re looking for something for your kid or for your own needs this might be the vehicle for you. This vehicle offers a lot when it comes to its size: Speed, HP, TQ, Ground Clearance, Etc. It has about 15 horsepower and 30 pound ft of torque. A lot for a 112cc single cylinder engine. This is thanks to the Electronic Fuel Injection. The EFI makes it produce more power as well as reliability. Mine hasn’t had any issues at all for the past 5 years. It is very rugged. Normally, these types of bikes house a carburetor. Which makes it harder to maintain and also the carburetor engines are way less reliable and you’ll have to work on them much more. It also has headlights, racks, and a good set of tires. The bike comes with 15” Duro tires standard. (Could be wrong about the size, but they hover around there). It has a top speed of 30+ mph. I’ve gotten it passed 30. You can govern the bike down to 15 mph for younger riders. The best example I have to show this bikes true toughness is me putting it to work. I’ve towed up to 600+ pounds including me and my girlfriend on it all at once. So give or take it had to haul 880 pounds. Very impressive for a 110. It is only 2 Wheel Drive, but what makes up for it is that it’s a very well balanced machine. Again the power and tires, but also it’s ground clearance. Has about the same ground clearance as my John Deere Gator XUV590E. I give a rating of this bike a personal 8.5/10. I’ve out grown this thing a little so if I was back to my 11 year old self, I’d give it a solid 10/10. Thanks for watching!

      Late to reply:
Hope that unit is treating you well! I’ve owned mine for 8 years now. Mine specifically has driven 7,000 miles which is somewhat impressive considering how much work I’ve put it through. Still runs strong.
I’m giving it a break now as it’s just my trail runner and use my garden tractor for work but for the last 6 years it has been working hard on the farm.

Great review, my son will be 14 this fall and I wasn’t sure one of these would last him long but if you are still using it at 17 it should work for him for a while.

I plan to do an 8 year review of it pretty soon. I still own this unit 😂 and I’m almost 20 now.
She has roughly 7,000 miles racked up on it. I’ve driven it on the back roads and trails. Towed, hauled, used it for work. It’s surprising how well this vehicle handles it!
