Oh no. The click latency is poor. Lots of other reviews are similar - these are indeed the slowest mice ever released in 2023 and 2024. Shame. But there are likely to be new versions of these Zowie released in 2025 so its worth holding off and purchasing something else. Excellent video with the shape comparisons - know that takes lots of work. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Aim Adapt! Blessings to you 💕
@@noahh698 - 1 or 2 Ms I would agree. But 7 or 8 worse than competition in 2024 is noticable on lan or tournament play for extreme users. Rtings was able to prove that with their data years ago. Look at their video comparisons. Cheers 🥂
Including the U2 as comparison is clutch. They dont do a great job of describing the differences in these models for people not already familiar with Zowie mice. I think throwing in a similar non-zowie comparison to each would be awesome for this reason. Can tell you put a lot into these videos as-is though, so thanks again! The S2 looks like the safest bet to try of the three.
I totally get why they would have 4 or 8ms debounce as a default but not even giving faster option is just stupid. They could easily add ultra-fast option and a small "warning" text to manual that if double clicking occurs use fast or normal.
@@plythbird Great response...Shows your knowledge on mice 👏First of all i am Zowie user, had as main S2 for long period...The whole point of mice they get better in time and yes, you do need to upgrade buddy, dont be stuck in 1998. Their incompetence brought them to this point. That's why they are selling so much! You can use any mouse driverless, you don't need to install software if you dont want to! Had my Pwnage Symm for over 3 years, great mouse, customizable button height, replaceable shell on M1 and M2 and back, adjustable LOD, DPI, etc but i USE it driverless! @paul2609 I have been pc gaming for over 20 years. I went through the era of heavier mice, and now that I am using lightweight mice they are just superior. In every way. The science proves this, and I can see a very noticeable improvement in reaction and overall gameplay with light mice. Rocket jump ninja explains this very well in a vid he posted earlier this year. It is just a fact.
@@mikerzisu9508 yea cuz he doesnt understand biomechanics. 90% is just a matter of getting used to it there;s no meaningful acceleration difference since u compensate on a heavier mouse with more opposing force and you change the tension both ways for more explosiveness. by your logic the faster pad the better but of course thats not the case. fastest reactive flicks on 2d and 3d are on control pads for the most part. lower weight better for fingertip and maybe tracking but that's it.
Not for a $150 mouse it isn't. A lot of games rely on ADS as a game mechanic and higher debounce times would put you at a disadvantage. Might be fine for CS/Valorant but other games, a couple MS input lag to ADS, then add human reaction, then a couple more on LMB. It all adds up.
Click latency shocking
truly shocking
After all you can't buy skils
@@Rayu25Demon What kind of skill can make you pre-fire 4ms earlier on every click? You mean cheats?
I wish they would at least introduce an option for a lower debounce.
Zowie didn't test the latency? This makes zowie look very bad.
The click latency is really scarring me from buying this do you think they’ll have a software update to fix it
why should it scare you? people overestimate a small latency like that

Explain how click latency is relevant? 4ms is quite literally instant

this is just zowie in general lmao, 4ms click time is nothing compared to 4ms of anything else in a mouse
Rmember that these are "per click measurements" - so during a video game gunfight you have to multiply this by 10x or 20x or 30x for multiple clicks.

Are you going to review the hitscan hyperlight?
Soon
Could you do a yt short comparing fk2 and xe-s? Or just a reply is good as well thx
I'd imagine they'll have some firmware updates to fix the latency issues

So, Is it joke the S2 clone (Fantech Helios II XD3V3) is better than this?
di you know when they release the s1 dw?
Hey Liam! Do you think it would be possible to swap the glossy shell from the FK2-B V2 white glossy special edition onto the FK2-DW?
I want to know if s2dw is better than u2 or not?
What a fantastic review!!!
comparing shapes bit, song?
Jones Meadow - Hunt
Great video once again! Love the shape comparisons, Which of these is good for agg pincer claw?
Za13 or s2?
Finally a za13 Wireless!
Still no mico...
wait, are those skates the skates they come with? they actually put white skates on?
The white skates are still very slow, thin and scratchy (not rounded), still better off buying aftermarket.
@@paul2609 $150 and you still have to buy third-party skates. Nice job Zowie
Can some1 update me if the click latency issue has been fixed or updated?
8k hz mice!!?
so the fk 2 dw is the fk 2 just wireless with an upgraded sensor?
Yeah. The shape is already great
@@oliverjames8580 Yeah I just wanted to make sure it is in fact the exact same great shape I'm familiar with.
Side topic: what monitor are you using? an oled?
Fk3 please🙂
Which one of theese is most similar to vaxee outset ax and their new released mouse that u tried recently
The Vaxee outset and their new E1 are ergo mice which are similar to the zowie ec2
I was watching this channel for last 6 months , your Intro is the best on the market :) GL!
The ZA13-DW looks a tiny bit wider than the old ZA is that accurate?
no
Everyone talking about click latency forget that KangKang won Champs as MVP with an NP01S

Is the zowie ec3 cw for $100(400PLN) good deal?
No, buy dav3 instead
I would wait for the next release EC3-DW, unless you don't mind the weight of the CW
Which one is the smallest one???
s2, fk series is the longer series, za is the high hump, s2 is the small one
@@merkwey bro did not watch the video
they are all the same kind of size in total
I hope they sell the receiver separate cause im.not buying another U2
i wish they would address this i decided on a u2 now i wonder if i should wait for 4k
They will
I own a FK2-DW, I was able to pair my old U2 to my FK2-DW receiver no problem. I ended up liking my old U2 over my new FK2-DW lol.

Still no software adjustment for DPI? 2024 stuck on 400/800/1600/3200 really? WOW
one of zowie's selling points is that their mice are driverless. go buy your razer 8k bs that will wear down in less than 3 years bro
