Those panels look amazing. And yes, it's extremely difficult to bleed through that access hatch, as a kid I can remember the race car being rolled into ramps and being taught how to bleed it from underneath. As an adult, I see why dad employed child labor to bleed that clutch. It's not terrible if you have a lift LOL, but that remote bleeder is the right answer. It should be a more common upgrade, but the once every 5 or 10 years you'll have to touch that bleeder makes it less easy decision. I'm installing one on the two I am restoring and will probably install it on the third because, frankly, I just want one less reason to grub around underneath the car. Oh, that and the one way ez bleeder valves! Those are cool too. For holes in the carpet for mounting bolts, I've used a red hot screwdriver, probably not the best method, but sure works!
Nice job Ian! The carpet and panels look great. You did an exceptional job on the door pockets! The gray looks nice but when you started I was expecting red, so it kind of surprised me.
Ian just a quick question, how did you get the trunk carpet in place working around the gas filler neck and what way did you glue it down, i noticed it wasn't in the video
Hi Ian. The carpet was precut to fit around the fuel filler and the the overrider brackets. I didn't glue down that bit of carpet, I used double sided tape at the front edge and where the boot floor kicks up ove the back axle.

Thanks Ken. The remote bleeder was one of the first things I bought for the car!

Thank you! The colours look much better in person. I'm looking forward to getting photos and videos out in the daylight!
Sweet job Ian. Going make the ride so much nicer.
Thanks, Dan.

@EconoboxGarage thank you for that piece of information, carpet sets supplied in the UK don't come with that cut out, thank you for the info
Looks very nice, Ian. I like the color combination
