@theboi1017 i can't say Shadow was playable enough times to have a classic version but i can just assume they will make a similarly silent chibi shadow in the style of classic sonic. I just feel like the characters should play any level the game has so it will work perfectly

I don't think there really is a 'classic shadow,' but I still think this is another version or shadow in some way, because that's what part of generations is kind of about (intersecting with different versions of yourself from the pst or from alternate timelines) which is why I think Mephiles is the best bet. and it would be really cool, i've been waiting for his return one day lol

@@kowabonga3552 true silver should have his own game knuckles should have his own game and team chaotic should have their own game. A knuckles treasure hunting beat em up combat game would go hard even with some traditional platforming and gliding levels too.
Team chaotic would make a awesome mystery/chase/spy sneak pass enemies and do detective work type game . Imagine then investigating disappearances or randomly placed bombs or something. And they investigate Fang, Bean, Bark, Metal Sonic, and then it turns out fang is working for metal knuckles and metal tails who are kidnapping characters like Cream, Big, Sticks, and eggman. Then after they solve some crime of bark and bean they actually find this hidden den of knuckles and metal tails and defeat them. Then metal knuckles and metal tails run off into the woods and disappear but then later they make a new sonic mania like game where tails goes off to battle metal knuckles and metal tails alone while Sonic goes after metal sonic in space or some other far away place. For story sake Sonic will be busy story wise but will still be playable for fun. But the main character will be tails destroying metal knuckles and metal tails. Then you can have a second game of this sonic mania like graphics that show metal tails and metal knuckles are back together and have fused into one
Then metal tails and metal knuckles as one start to create a team of robots that have mix characteristics from sonic characters and some of eggman’s robot creatures, to make a team of 8 powerful robots to serve this fused metal knuckles and metal tails who is both now intelligent as tails and as strong as knuckles.
It would be a great new genesis game where tails can show sonic that he is up to the task to fight on his own

@@blueblurcamGerald Robotnik. The reason why is in the pre-order. The page we see is about Angel Island. It would fit in painting that you fight Knuckles. It could explore how he made Shadow the way he is and Eggman was playable one time so why not Gerald in a time story.
