Hey man!! I just found your channel and I have been watching all your videos and you have no idea how much I have learned. I’m a 15 year old tailor who’s just starting out and there’s a lot that I don’t know so I really appreciate the videos and keep them up!! Also a little tip when you want to keep the original hem of jeans is you can open up the original hem stitch and cut the excess fabric so it fits in that gap then just sew it back together. Gives the jeans a really clean and original look.
This was awesome! I have to thank you for coming up with the concept of tutorial. I now believe that I might actually be able to do this. You definitely have the skillset to become a leader in maintenance instructional fashion videos. I really appreciate your being a part of UA-cam. Keep up the good content!
Appreciate your videos! I’ve been altering my jeans by creating a new hem, distressing with sand paper, dremel, etc. , very tedious. Would love to see the process of your “pro” version of keeping the original hem.
Thanks for making these videos. These are great. Could you make a video making some straight leg/standard fit jeans into slim fit? I have some older jeans that are in great shape but are just too wide. I’d like to salvage them and turn them into slim fit or skinny jeans(the style I prefer now).
