أقوم عادةً بتقطيع مناقير الدجاج في اليوم الثاني عشر أو الثالث عشر وأطعم الدجاج الغذاء الصناعي لمدة تصل إلى 100 يوم، ثم أقوم بخلط طعام الدجاج بنفسي لتقليل التكاليف وزيادة جودة اللحوم.
