Same thing i do with the banana trunk cut and chop every day mix with feeds choped garlic sili oregano leaves
Leve it to rest for 2 hours then feed the chiken .
Combin all of this your chiken will never get sick .
Add Honey or molasses 2x weak in fresh drinking water.

You can increase the protein value when you create a space to produce maggot which you'll add to the fermented mash. Check UA-cam on some simple ways to produce edible maggots
