[No Oven baking] Almond tuiles

  • In this video, I made almond tuiles with a frying pan.
    Crispy, nutty and sweet! It's an attractive biscuit.
    Especially the process of making it is so simple.
    Try making it. :D
    Almond tuiles (for 24 tuiles 7 to 8 cm in diameter)
    30g of cake flour
    50g of sugar
    1g of salt
    60g of egg white
    25g of melted butter
    1g of vanilla extract
    85g of almond slices.
    1. Put sifted flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Whisk the egg whites and mix with 1.
    3. Add vanilla extract and melted butter and mix.
    4. Add the almond slice and mix it gently with a spatula.
    5. Put the batter at room temperature for a while and put half a spoonful of batter on the pan.
    6. Spread the batter thinly with a fork soaked in water so that the almonds do not overlap.
    7. Bake it on very low heat for about 15 minutes and turn it upside down to make it look even.
    (8. Hold the tuile in a tile shape with a foil tube before it cools.)

    혹시 보관은어떻게해야하나요 하나씩개별포장해놓고먹고싶은데 서늘한곳에두면될까요.?

      네! 실온에 두셔도 돼요. 근데 요즘 날이 습해서 밀봉해두셔야할 것 같아요!
