Really great. After 2 yerars rowing for weight loss I rowed a 36:38.7 for 10.000 m with 43 years of age. Now I´m 55 years old and for sure I can´t repeat this. But I´m on the rower again an will see where leads this way.

I like how the Brits don’t shorten the stroke at the finish. Great job!

Sorry, but the movement sequence is completely wrong. 😑 You shouldn’t show something like that online.
Before he has stretched his legs, he already goes backwards with his upper body. Procedure should be: legs, upper body, arms and then again arms, upper body, legs.
The supine position at the end is also far too inclined. The right would be 11:00 and 13:00. But he easily does 10:00.
The arms go far too far over the chest when pulling. The handle should be pulled under the chest.
The arm position at the end is completely wrong. The joints are bent upwards. However, the chain, wrist and arms should rather form a straight line.
It also seems to me that he takes the most strength from the upper body and the arms. But 60% should come from the legs. The last 10 percent only from the arms.
    Quality goes beyond quantity.
If I break my body with wrong movements, then it doesn’t help to have 10km on the display as quickly as possible.

You're mising the point. This is not, or never was intended to be a technqiue video for rowing on the water, where rowing technique needs to balance the boat on the water.
This video is of a time trial on an erg, where the sole aim is to travel 10km in the shortest amount of time possible. This video celebrates Toby's achievements in doing this.
Yes, the back does open early on the drive, but your comments about the lean back and final hand position do not have relevance since he is not rowing on water.
We're looking forward to you posting a link of your perfect rowing technique while performing the 10k distance faster than this 50 year old athlete.

Where’s your record video with perfect technique throughout?
Who are you to think you can tell people what they can or cannot post online?

This is hell. I bet that fan gives some relief. Amazing job. My best 10k is 37:52.5 and it wasen't enjoyable at all. 😂
You are incredible, sir. 🫡 6:50.00 2k's are hard by themselves, and you just did five of them and made them look easy. 😊
