I am glad you are posting more videos for regular viewers instead of mostly patreon we enjoy too Thank you for them and the work you put into them for us !
I had a boss who came out of military communications. He was the first person I knew who used the term "duty cycle". At that point in its life a piece of equipment is replaced. In our lives there are many examples of that, but we keep them going and going. I love seeing Bella tuned in, listening for code words.
Dave I love that insulated windshield unfortunately Betty does not have any doors but the one you had works beautifully I'm really getting into all these accessories that you show me😮
Seat covers looked really nice. I liked the windshield cover too. I'm surprised it's hotter there then in North Georgia. Haven't made to the 90's yet. 🙏❤️🐾💕🐾✌️☕
Used the car wash (pressure washer) to clean many engines in my time without issue. But you are right, you can't be applying hard force, so holding the nozzle back gives a little more pressure than your garden hose which is just fine.
About washing your car or truck engine. Yes I agree with you. Everything has its limits, some places steam clean the debris. In reference to the window cover, with regards to tree sap falling on the vehicle on the cover or your solar panels. Wouldn't that be a chore to get off?
Dave I think those seat covers worked I love your choice as the old saying goes did you get what you pay for they looked on good for me a friend of mine works for Atlantic Cadillac and I got a wrecked car in older model caddy White bucket seats plush with armrest guess where they are now we're ridin high he even wore them for position😅😅😅😅
We have covered the seats on our last 3 trucks with Cabelas Trailgear seat covers. They run around 15-20 bucks. They are extremely durable. Nice to see ya, oh yeah Bella too.
I keep an old towel or a blanket on the seat cause it can easily be taken off and washed and then she can't damage the seat or get the oils from her fur on it
Dave the seats look nice with the covers. I need to get some for my Tahoe as I also have duck tape on the driver's seat side lol! I noticed you have drinking water in the van. Please don't leave your water in the van when it's hot weather and drink it. The plastic causes some carcinoma bacteria and it's not good of us. Thank you for your video's. Much love, stay safe.
Those seat covers look great through the gopro! Way better than getting glue all over your clothes, Where did you get the windshield cover,? I need that for a BLACK sprinter hi top!
Hey Dave & Bella, those seat covers look great and the fit looks really good too. And the windshield cover is Awesome! I love the way it wrapped around to the side windows! Really nice!
Nice looking seat covers. They look really nice. Better than a ripped seat. Scottie lives near my area. Lol. I wish I would come across him sometime. Lol..💕💕🐾🐾
My wife has one of those quilted windshield covers for her SUV. She not only uses it during the summer, but also in the winter to keep the snow and ice off of her windshield. When she takes it off, she stuffs it in a plastic tot in the back. When home in the winter, she tosses it into the dryer, then back on the car. They seem to last about 3 to 4 years in this fashion... so you should get a lot longer use out of yours if you don't use it in the winter.
Hi Dave, those seat covers fit well & look way better! And your new window cover is nice too, wondering how if it will withstand high winds? I could use one of those too. I have a 2000 Chevy Express van that needs seat covers as well. BTW, mine also needed a transmission rebuild 2 years ago @ 187k. 👍You're giving me some good ideas
The thing about those covers is that black side material is almost as thin as pantry hose. It gives no structure that would help them stay in place. I just bought a set for my 4runner sold by Cover Craft. They were not cheap at $220 for two. But are a snug fit and made from 100% from medium heavy duck. I bought a set of Carhartt covers for my Tacoma (RIP) and they were even better for about the same price.
🧚♂️ Suggestion: You might want to place a folded up old towel or 2nd ✋ from Goodwill under the new seat covers where one sits because the 🦆 tape will eventually wear apart that bottom covering. Or even try seat cushions like the ones used on kitchen/dining wooden chairs so as to protect the bottom of new seat covers from duck tape. Just saying as I know from experience.
Just ordered the same brand for my ambulance rv. 2000 Ford e350. I might have to remove the elbow rests on the seats, but I don’t need them. Found them online at Walmart for $41.00. Hope they work out !!
Just set a folded blanket or dog pad on Bella's side then you won't have to worry about the nails plus you can grab it out and put it in the washing machine every so often.
Dave Where can you get those windshield covers that cheep? I looked at one at I thi n k camping world and it was over $150 and at the big tent in Q last Jan. They were over $100 . If I could find one for under $50 I would get oneThanks George
Dave, if you haven't had the transmission repaired yet, check out RepairPal.com to see average prices for parts and labor in your area. I think sometimes they even list shops that may be reputable. Unless you're a woman alone with a credit card. Just a thought.
Holy smokes, Dave over $200 for the other seat covers! What would it cost to take it to an upholstery shop? Or a wrecking yard could have replacement seats
Dave where did you get that windshield cover? Do you think they would have one for my Chevy Silverado? I would love that. I have to park in full sun at work there is no shade what so ever and this could be the answer to my prayers to keep the truck cool . What brand is that one you got I really love the quilted material and looks wonderful and easy to install. Did you buy it locally or send away for it. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for them and the work you put into them for us !
Love to watch the “day to dayness” of your life. Always a project going on like me! ❤️🐾
Those seat covers look good and that windshield cover is much better than the ones that go on the inside they have too many gaps !!!
Oh I like the glass cover.. where'd you find that ?
It'd be great for camp to keep out the heat for a cpl of days
Thanks Dave
I really q the look of th new van seat covers. Bella is going o like her new set a lot.
I had a boss who came out of military communications. He was the first person I knew who used the term "duty cycle". At that point in its life a piece of equipment is replaced. Bella is going to love the new seat covers... ❤
I love my FORD Van leather seat covers
Dave I love that insulated windshield unfortunately Betty does not have any doors but the one you had works beautifully I'm really getting into all these accessories that you show me😮

The windshield cover is nice and perfect for winter time also
Too bad it didn't have two bags to cover the mirrors
@@935frankthat’s easily remedied simply add two bags of your liking 🤪

Seat covers look great! Good investment 👍🏻
The covers fit well. That windshield cover is fantastic, that will make a huge difference.
Put a heavy blanket on the front seat. Get at good will etc
Hi pressure washed my engine and it turned out beautiful. Thank you. I didn’t hold the nozzle to close and it worked out fine.
I pressure wash engines forever 18 inches or further no problem, never ever get up close and personal with the wind on the engine !! 👍🏻👏🏻
I think Dave takes care of his vehicles just fine. Hi Bella!
About washing your car or truck engine. Yes I agree with you. Everything has its limits, some places steam clean the debris.
In reference to the window cover, with regards to tree sap falling on the vehicle on the cover or your solar panels. Wouldn't that be a chore to get off?
I would keep wipers under cover so rubber stays better
R Dave's a new seat covers look really good makes me think I should get some from my old Toyota truck thanks for doing that and letting us see it
Dave I think those seat covers worked I love your choice as the old saying goes did you get what you pay for they looked on good for me a friend of mine works for Atlantic Cadillac and I got a wrecked car in older model caddy White bucket seats plush with armrest guess where they are now we're ridin high he even wore them for position😅😅😅😅

Great video, seat covers are nice. Adds Character to your vehicle. That is one sweet windshield cover for that Van..
It looks good, Dave, better than the duct tapes LOL That's a really good shade.
I have the same windshield cover on my Class C, I love it. It's the first thing I do as soon as I'm parked and level.❤
Those seat covers look great through the gopro! Way better than getting glue all over your clothes, Where did you get the windshield cover,? I need that for a BLACK sprinter hi top!

I really love the seat covers you picked out. They look great.
That van windshield cover was very cool ! Never seen it before ! I am in S . FL !
Looks so much better ❤😊
Dave, can you please share the link or info to the windshield cover you have? Thank you.
😊seat covers look great.
Looks really nice.

I'm going to look for one of those windshield covers. I wonder if they are water resistant.
Could you get a dog bed the size of the seat for Bella to use? Maybe that will help protect it. 👌✌️👍

🤔Would a junk yard have a replacement seat?
I was thinking that too,

Something to consider and think about is newer cars have airbags built into them... Not really compatible with seat covers.. JS... 😎 👍 😊
Also... Thank you for encouraging me to actually put on my van windshield cover... 👍👀

Maybe a separate cushion for Bella’s seat for her to turn on and save the seat cushion ? Stay safe , have fun .
A large, thick, folded, bath towel or a lawn or dinning room chair cushion should also work. Many have straps to tie them into place.
Link for the windshield cover? (Please)
Windshield cover manufacturer? Where did you find it?
Can you use the windshield cover for snow too?
BougeRV RV Windshield Window
Thank you for another great video Dave
Hey Dave! I looked for that window cover online for a little while. Can't find the same one you've got. Do you remember the brand?

If You are talking about Scotty Kilmer, Yes, He says Never wash Your Engine. He has been a Mechanic for 50 years.
👍👍👍
How is the transmission working now
I have never seen one of those covers. Wow, that is great.

Yeah brother,....use discretion. A clean engine is a happy engine! Oh Yeeeah!!!😁👍
Can I ask where you got the mountain graphics on side of you van?
Is there in room above the garage to put any kind of living quarters for you if you want to stay In Pennsylvania year round ?
