Salty sticks - How to make Bread Sticks

Ingredients:
500 gr' All Purpose Flour
3.5 gr' Instant Yeast
7.0 gr' Salt
2.0 gr' Garlic Powder
50 gr' Canola Oil
50 gr' Butter
200 gr' Tap Water
----------
1 Egg
¼ cup Sesame seeds
Heat up your oven (Convection) to 180C and place racks in the middle position for about 30-35 minutes. Non-convection ovens should use 200C temperature. if placing 2 racks simultaneously, rotate and flip them every 10 minutes.
If you desire a crunchier bread sticks use no proofing time and set them in your oven right after shaping. For a more airy kind of bread sticks let proof for 10'-30'.

I enjoyed this video. Any suggestions on a recipe and preparation for making some pretzel sticks? I have been eating Newman's Own Pretzels but they have been discontinued. I have the ingredients from the packaging, I just need help with how much of each ingredient to use and baking instructions. Thank you.

I wanted to find a video to make sticks actually made out of salt so I can suck on them before my exam on the 19th, I am going to have to get injections and I have a really bad needle phobia to the point I nearly pass out, and to avoid feeling faint, Salt helps that. I'll still try this but I am going to add a thick layer of salt on the exterior.
Cries in not having a scale and there is no cups measurement.

Hi!, About until golden, you can turn every 10 minutes, and if you want more moisture to come out and make them even more crispy, open the oven door slightly to let the steam out. Enjoy!

Can i use all purpose flour instead of bread flour?
Yes, they will turn out great!, You can also spray them every 3 minutes, so they will turn more crunchy, if you'd like it softer, just leave it baking without adding spritz of water. Enjoy and be safe! 😍
