Man. I wish I still knew people that would squad up in BFV. Still fun solo, but I miss this shit.
It definitely increases the fun with a good squad, both for teamplay and for laughs.

After a bunch of work on some BIG videos over the last month, I've really just been wanting to PLAY again haha... but I was not ready for how awesome this round of Battlefield was going to be. It's good to be back!

My favorite time playing BFV was random squadding with three 60 year old dudes with mics. All strangers. We mopped up, it was the greatest

Never abandoned - I curate my Fallout 4 mod installation more carefully than my retirement account! Just waiting for life to slow down a bit so I can put those General Dave Hours back in.

How do you manage to spawn into tanks / vehicles all the time? I’ll get into a tiger like once in a blue moon, you seem to get into them whenever you want
i found the tiger just too slow (infantry swarming you or other tanks out maneuvering you) and that 20 round main gun, always needing ammo. Can easily get more kills with the medium tanks or light tanks. best game was 80-1 KD with a valentine. 30 kills games normal, solo PS4

It was a good fun round, I think if I didn't get taken out at the resupply, we probably would've gone on the rest of the match in the Tigers with Tyler helping with reps.
Also, the ragdolls of me and Tyler at 20:24 are hilarious, it looks like Tyler goes down and I trip over his body.
Always hated province because the Germans can get two Tigers than can two shot Sherman’s and own the entire right side of the map. Terrible balance because of DICE yet again.
If The Last Tiger has taught me anything, this is a pretty historically accurate performance
The Last Tiger is so wildly historically inaccurate that it should have a disclaimer before you start the level lol. M26 Pershings, M36 Johnsons, M4A3 IC Hybrid Fireflies, M10 Achilles, and a variety of other US Armor was available in Cologne that would have shredded a Tiger H1. Tiger Is were irrelevant by 1945 anyway, the Tiger II ("Königstigren") had replaced it far all intensive purposes. Both tanks still got trashed by upgunned US vehicles. Especially the T26E4 (T26E1-1) Pershing and the M36B1 Johnson's T15E1 90mm and M3 90mm cannons respectively. 17-pdr guns were also pretty effective.
@@tycoonjeffyboyMkII Oh, don’t have me mistaken. I have no doubt that the war story is incredibly inaccurate from a historical perspective. I didn’t think so in the slightest. I mostly just meant in how it’s been portrayed as an incredibly dangerous tank in-game!
@@kingtorra6955 Oh absolutely. Don't get me wrong too, the Tiger H1 was a ferocious vehicle when it was introduced in 1942-1943. M3 Lees and earlier M4 variants without APCR rounds were absolutely screwed if they faced off against it. I just like dispelling the myth that the Americans didn't have proportional firepower to the "interesting" (barely functional) designs Germany was fielding.

I didn't even think about it until after but this was just last Tuesday night and we played for almost 4 hours without seeing a single (obvious at least) cheater
It's so fun to hop in a heavy tank when you have infantry that will actually support you.

This reminds me of the time on Al-Sudan in breakthrough where me and a friend were on the british side, DICE had accidentally given the British the Sturmtiger instead of the Crocodile so we both called it in as our squad call-in’s and were sat on top of the hill, next to the resupply point raining down shell’s onto the German team
before the pacific update tigers were so fucking annoying (As a tiger main this was the easiest way to climb up score)
now you can just play superman and fuck up a whole ass box wit ha few explosives because of hull nerf from how powerful they originally had it
One time me and 2 randos all got into tanks and just wiped the enemy team by swarming them

To be honest, the launch was kinda shit so its understandable why it was so hated at a time, also DICE took their time getting their shit together with the updates, although once they did get their shit together and start putting out good stuff, the game got killed so it didn´t get to enjoy the good times of updates for that long.

Single tiger can hold off whole enemy team with a support. My personal best is 42 tanks destroyed in first sector with tiger in breakthrough

Can anyone explain the tank point spawn system to me? I played a few times and tried to spawn a stürmorser when I played the German side, it didn't appear at all ( I tried twice)

I hate how they portrayed the tiger tanks in this game. First off you would never see this many tigers on the eastern front. It’s all Flak 88s and Pak 40s. Second, Tiger 1 tanks were bad at stopping incoming rounds and would often get their scopes aim off after being hit. (Could’ve made the barrel a part of the tank to prevent tank sniping.) if they had done the panther or King tiger it would be more realistic that they just tank rounds to the front.

Dice really fudged this game, they addedca bunch of cool content then cut it right when the going started to get good again.
Eastern front would have been awesome but we got 2042 instead.
Funniest thing, 2042 needed a year or two more in the oven to launch in a decent state and here we have a game with a functioning content delivery system, an obvious next front to cover in an expansion and a fresh expansion that got excellent feedback from the whole community.
Lord what wasted opportunity.
