Great meals!
Yes, take us to your Amish store!
May your health improve and stabilize. Susan
Thank you so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️
All those meals look absolutely delicious! Hope you feel better soon, will keep you in my prayers!
Sorry you have not felt well. You do not to apologize for cutting back. Your health is most important..take care and take the time to relax.
Good for you for giving yourself grace to rest! Blessings!!
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Don't apologise just look after yourself x😊 I make alot of similar meals as yourself good hearty meals 😊
Looks delicious. I will definitely be making this for supper in the near future.
Kelsey your dishes are so simple an I feel so inspired by your videos.
Sorry you've been so sick! Multiple ppl dealing with chronic illnesses(my family included) when anxiety gets involved it just gets more complicated. Please know that you are loved and cared for. I'm praying that you get answers to your health issues and that they get resolved quickly!!
I would love to see more preparedness videos from you, I'm very interested in that as well.
Hey, I'm not especially good with home type remedies, but have you thought about maybe applying a castor oil pack to your cheek? Just a thought, I've heard so many good things about its ability to dissolve masses, etc. Anyway, so good to see you and hear your voice again! 🥰
You do what you need to do for you. Give yourself the grace you need. Would love to see the Amish store I wish I had a place around me to go to. Thank you for sharing your experience with the pantry challenge.😊
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Are we there yet? I got all my chores done just so I could enjoy the adventure. Hugs and thank you! Hugs from Esquimalt
I love watching your videos. You always share some amazing meals. Things I would never think of. I think it’s crazy that you can’t get an appointment with an ENT for months and your primary for a month. I hope that you are able to gets some answers and relief. I love Amish stores so if you care to share that would be nice. Have an amazing week !
We don’t have any Amish stores in my area, and I’ve never been to one elsewhere either. Would love to see that shopping trip.
Yes! Take us with you to shop!
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Everything looked so good. I love seafood (I can be dangerous around shrimp), but that ribeye ... oh my! 😋😍
I have made Hasselbeck potatoes 🥔 before and don't know why I don't make them more often. I make them the way that you do with cheese, but saw them made somewhere with bacon 🥓 as well!
I'm sorry you can't see a doctor for a while. Prayers that you get better soon. If it gets worse or if you develop other symptoms (increased pain, swelling, nasal discharge), please go to the emergency room. Sinus infections can be really bad.
Take as much time off as you need. We'll be here. ❤
Hey hey. Loving your pantry challenge series. Sorry you aren't feeling well. Maybe consider getting checked for mold toxicity. It sometimes mimics sinus infections. Praying for answers on your healing journey. I had to go carnivore for similar reasons as you. I know it's a long journey, but our health is worth it. 💛 ~Mrs. C
Yes, coming along as you shop would be great! We love your videos! Get well soon! We are praying for you 🙏
Hi this may help with the lump in your cheek. Rub Warm CASTOR OIL on it until it goes down. Old school.❤
Great meal ideas! We live in 3 acres where we grow and preserve our own food. We started a UA-cam channel recently sharing how we do it! Blessings!
❤lifeatthenutthouse
I hope you get to feeling better real soon. They have so much crud going around right now. Take care of yourself
I’m sorry to hear that you are still not feeling so good. I have missed your Tuesday videos but I would always want you to take care of yourself first. You’ve got your littles that need their momma feeling well.
I just made breakfast burritos and sandwiches to put into the freezer for my hubby yesterday. Your cobbler looked easy and I have cherry pie filling I canned last year that I think will fit perfectly in the menu for this weekend. Like Matt, I’m not a seafood fan. My hubby IS and I have some fish in the freezer that needs to be used. I’ll try your sauce for cooking it for him. I am, however, a steak fan and your steak looked delicious!!
I will keep you in my prayers. Take care of yourself and thank you for sharing the Three Rivers Challenge with us and inspiring me along the way. 🤗 hugs friend.
Take care of your health first, for you and your family, then us. We will be here when you feel better. Love your videos.
Love your videos. Yes take us shopping with you!
Praying you feel better soon .
Dippy eggs are the best!! I love ham and green beans but never thought about makings it a casserole. That will be added to my menu in the next couple weeks.
Yes please take us along to the Amish store. I am always looking for new places to shop when i am out and about.
I’d like to see the Amish Store. I’m in the same general area as you are. I agree that the most simple meals are some of the best. God Bless.
Hasselback potatoes always look so complicated to make but now I see it done maybe I will try it.
Have you tried using a netty pot? Having a lump there is quite scary. I hope you get it checked out as soon as possible.
Would love to see the Amish store. We have a Mennonite community in central Ontario but they only have a couple of bakeries. Thanks for sharing your meals. I feel healthier just looking at them! Your family is very lucky that you continue to cook for them even though you don't feel well. That thing in your sinus sounds concerning and I will continue to pray for your health to completely recover. God bless you!
Love to see you shopping at Costco and the Amish stores
Hi Kelsey that steak looked delicious! You are also literally the only American youtuber I have witnessed that pronounces Worcestershire correctly - well done lol. We don't have anything like an Amish store in England so would be interested to see you go around one. Thanks.
Haha! That’s great! I notice so many really have no clue how to say it lol. Not sure why I do! Thanks so much! ❤️
Look into pressure relief on the sinus nerves. It does work for some people.
Thank you so much!!! ❤️ I’ll check it out
I have loved watching all of your meals and would love to hear what you learned. I haven’t done the challenge because we live with a very low budget normally. I am still trying to learn my best way to shop for my family and what things we can stock up for to eat good health meals year round. I would love to know how you would change.
Just feel better. Be done with the challenge! Hopefully there’s a cancellation and you can see and ENT sooner.
Get well soon! 🤗
Hope you feel better soon! I have and am going through the same as you. I started with the flu, then sinus infection (again for the 4th time this year). It will not go away this time even after a strong round of antibiotics. I can get into ENT at the end of March but not the PCP until April. When I had this in September it did not go away until almost Christmas. Get plenty of rest! I enjoy watching, I too am gluten free
Hi Chelsea, I'm praying for your healing. I've also had some sinus issues 🤧 I can't seem to get rid of. Love the video as usual. Do you have plans for another bread video similar to the one you did last year?
Yes definitely would love to see your Amish store adventure. Love shopping there myself but it is a bit of a trek to out closest one. I make it count when I do go.
Take care of yourself. I understand. Three rivers challenge has been a success for me.
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Everything looks delicious. Hope you'll get better soon.
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Definitely take us to the amish store!!
I ordered that soup at Olive Garden and there was only one gnocchi it!! And the chicken was from a can. I’m sure yours is much better. Next time I’ll make it at home.
I've seen pictures, read recipes and always thought Hasselback potatoes wouldbe good but the name always stops me! LOL THANK YOU for making them and I'll just rename them and give them a try. Now to think of a good name. The soup looked so good. My spinach was sown last Sat and they are about 1 1/2" tall right now - can't wait to pick the leaves for quick snacks. I love the crunchy nutritious leaves each spring as one of the things I most wait for. I have a few jars of potatoes left and will also copy your casserole for a great way to use them and eat well. Great video today!
Yay! Enjoy everything! Thank you so much!!! ❤️
I've missed you! So good to see you again! I really appreciate you and your warm friendly spirit! 🙏🙂
Aw thank you sweet friend! So glad you’re here ❤️
Would like to see the Amish store. We have a Mennonite store nearby. They have bulk items but never close out items like ham
I don’t like quinoa either. I don’t like the texture. Love your videos. I made that gnocchi soup last month. It was so good. I love grocery hauls. I definitely want to see you start seeds and gardening content
Too funny. My husband will eat whatever I make but on occasion he’ll say “It was ok but you don’t have to make it again”.
😂 my Dad says the same thing to my mom!
I had a sinus infection that made my face lopsided so much that I had to have a scan. It turns out that I was allergic to casein in dairy products. I can have fermented dairy though.
Whoa! Interesting. I’m ready to figure this out and get back to 100%
Your meals looks so good. As a person who suffers a cute sinusitis, I can feel your pain. The nerve thing and the sensitive teeth thing are horrible. Have you tried a warm compress for some temp relief. Feel better soon friend 🌷🇨🇦💖
Great meals!
I'm glad you realized you needed a break and were willing to take it.
I don't blame you for taking a break! I get overwhelmed trying to do everything too sometimes. Although I miss your videos- taking care of yourself is highest priority!
Congratulations on completing the challenge. While I did participate in my own fashion, next year, I plan on fully participating. I have learned a lot just by watching you and the others adjust your daily lives to the challenge. You have also brought back memories, that I had forgotten, of my grandparents in Appalachia. They did this every day/week/month/year of their lives. Nothing ever went to waste. I know you have eaten venison. Have you ever tried squirrel?
You should do what feels natural for you and your family ❤
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Wonderful job!!!!
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Thank you for being honest and awesome. I struggle with “unknown health issues” and it’s hard to describe to people 😢
In Jan we had -18f High temp one day, so I turned my oil furnace off and turned on my propane ventless heaters. I bought my house last fall so I wanted to see how warm they could keep the house if the power went out. It was awesome, kept it warmer that what I set my thermostat at! It's good to test these things!!
I would love to see your amish store and the way you shop at Costco.
😋❤️👍
❤️❤️❤️
I would love to go to the Amish store with you! I wish we had one close by. All of your meals looked delicious! Casseroles are so good and I love the leftovers. I really pray you feel better soon. I know how frustrating it is to not be able to get in to see a dr. I went to urgent care the other day because it was too late to get into my Dr by the time I felt like I needed to go. Well, both of our urgent care places now require an appointment!! What's the use in calling it urgent care!
If I serve something my husband doesn't care for, he tells me that it wouldn't be something he would go back for at a buffet 😅
Everything looks so good! I've been following you since my teen daughter showed me one of your bread-baking videos early last year, and over the next week I watched the rest of the videos you had up at the time, hahah. I'm in upstate NY now, but grew up in south Jersey, and lived in State College PA for 10 years, so your videos feel like home to me. Can't even tell you how many times I've gone back to specific videos to re-watch parts, check for recipes I want to try, and of course set up my gardening supplies for the year. I hope you're able to get some relief soon for your health issues, and in the meantime, get lots of rest, take care of yourself, and know that the wonderful resource you've provided with your channel is so appreciated!
@elizabethroyer5833, your comment caught my eye bc I live near State College, Pa…and we have a summer camp in upstate NY! A small world connection! I love Kelsey’s videos. She is a great cooking and preserving inspiration to me.
Yea please. I’m from Pa too and love my Amish stores. That would be great.
Acupuncture is very good
Oh my goodness i got coconut sugar on your recommendation Kelsey. It is so so nice, especially in baking etc
I know you care about the quality of your family’s food. Did you know that shredded cheese often has an antibiotic in it? I think it’s called Natamycin. I have recently found that out and stooped buying it.
What a great variation gonna try it this month, we normally have the ham on top of mash and beans, the boys will love it with the cheese sauce! Hope you feel better soon 🤗
Enjoy! Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Yes to the Amish Store Shopping 😊
Thank you!!
Have you ever checked into a chiropractor? A friend of mine had a knot on her leg and went to a chiropractor and through a couple of treatments it went away. Just something you might want to check into since can’t get into your doctor. I would just call and ask them about it. All they can say is yes or no.
The spinach artichoke looks delicious will be trying that and ham potato also thank you for such great ideas .and you are right everything is better with lots of cheese 😂.hope you get to feeling better we will be here just take care of yourself 💖 God Bless and will be praying for you.❤
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
You’re my kind of cook! Those dinners looked so yummy! I love that little saucepan with the pour spouts, do you mind saying what brand it is?
We call them dippy eggs to in MD. Hope you feel better soon 💝
😂 they will always be dippys here! Thank you!
I would love to see u shopping.
Thank you!!!
Try a chiropractor for your sinuses
That’s where I’m headed next! Thank you so much!!❤️
I've had a sinus infection since christmas and im getting a balloon sinusplasty on wednesday. try looking up some sinus drainage massage videos, that's made things much more tolerable for me
Oh no! I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this yucky stuff too! Prayers this takes care of it for you! Thank you so much!!! ❤️
Okay... you made me really hungry 😂
I have leftovers 😂
I use a neti pot. For my sinuses
There is also navage nasal irrigation.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I was always told that you can’t have organic pork because pigs just eat anything and they can’t guarantee that the pigs will only eat organic feed
My kids had 4-H hogs, and we fed them organic feed. We raised one for meat, too. They were organic.
You can absolutely feed pigs organically
@@katieauth8979 I guess you can if you only feed them organic feed, but don't most farmers feed them scraps? I've never seen organic pork at Whole Foods.
@@Randilynn66 I could only really make an assumption that if the farmers are marketing the pigs as organic they aren’t feeding them scraps. I can only speak from my personal experience raising pigs and purchasing organic grain. 😊
Love your videos but if you are over it then move on lol I don’t want to ask for more videos if you aren’t into it UA-cam does that too much
😂 I mean I’d still put in the effort but I’d also welcome a bit of a change!
I’m loving the meals that you have shared. I’d love to see the Amish store. Looking forward to your next video!
Thank you so much!!! ❤️
