Same. For this US viewer your accent is a bit hard to make out as it is ("Ohm Kit") but with the repetitive loop it is really difficult to understand what you're saying. Is a loop even needed? No.
@@HomeKitAuthority hopefully you will be able to test some of these for us to check all the features that matter integrated vacuums have in HomeKit! thanks for your work
With aqara I’m still trying to get the a100 smart lock in the UK I love the style but have been waiting for so long now I don’t believe it’ll ever come I know you did a video on this lock a while back just wondering if you’ve heard any further feedback HomeKit authority?
Wow the nanoleaf skylight is expensive like nanoleaf is lol but looks good I like the Aqara hub that looks so good with everything in one hub and duel wifi is nice 👍 I like the look of the aqara door lock with the handle the battery powered and fingerprint sensor look good and will fit my doors maybe lol good video 😃
Just curious if there was any mention of the Aqara T1M ceiling light? I think that's what it's called, it's the ceiling light with the RGB notification ring .
Great video!!! And congrats on 60k!! As others have said, music is just a little loud. Super excited for the releases this year. Any chance you can compare the Aqara M3 vs the Homey Pro when it releases?
Where u been man? Anyway, make homey or home assistant videos if you want, but i wouldn’t watch those, only interested in apple home/homekit purely compatible products. I do like to know about products that advertise features and matter, but not all features are available once installed in apple home. Hope u are well.
Great update. I’m impressed with how many new homekit friendly locks are coming to the market. It seems like we’ll be doubling the amount available with planned releases.
Not sure I understand the details around vacuums in Apple Home. I assume it’s because the next version of Matter is supporting robot vacuums (just a guess). In any case Apple would need to implement vacuums as a feature in Apple Home. I’m not seeing any evidence of that. Is it even in any of the iOS beta versions ? Please prove me wrong :)
Support for robo vacuums was announced last year in Matter 1.2, search google for plenty of articles You are correct that Apple would need todo this but we are months of any of these devices being released
@@HomeKitAuthority As I see, it would be a pretty huge change within the Home app to support robot vacuums. (I assume they don’t just add more buttons/sceens). There is a lot of specific functionality that needs to be added for it to actually be useful. That would be cleaning zones, suction power, bind status, just to name a few. It could take years before Apple adds this to the Home app. It’s not like Apple adds actual new functionality to Home app everyday.
@@ChillumT like I said google it, read the articles But none of the things you have mentioned is even part of the matter implementation. users will only have the capability to remotely initiate and halt cleaning, as well as access different cleaning modes, including support for wet mopping. Additionally, users will receive notifications regarding the completion of cleaning cycles, error reporting, and the charging status.
Great video but the background music is so annoying 😅 couldn’t finish watching.. it is like a stuck vinyl 😊
Thanks for the feedback
It reminds me of the Wii 😅 didn’t really bother me, maybe just a bit quieter would be better
@@HomeKitAuthoritythe music is cool, its just a bit loud. Great video though.

Music covers up banality
Nice video! The Vacuum is 100% compatible with HomeKit?
Both vacuums have matter promise and will be exposed to Apple Home

I am apparently on the list for them both, but when I get them is another matter (no pun intended)
I really hope Aqara come through with the U200, I’ve been wanting a homekey lock here in the UK for ages now
I suspect Aqara will, they normally delivery on a promise…… albeit sometimes later than normal
@@HomeKitAuthority are they still planning on doing this through kickstarter or are they just going with retail release?
@@CloudInfluence I think the kickstarter, well that’s what they said on twitter. When I asked them about a release all I got was coming soon

I don’t think the a100 will come to the UK now the U200 was announced
I totally agree. The videos are great but the music is so annoying.
Please no back ground music 👍🏽

Hi there, are you interested in reviewing the AROEVE air purifier MK08W?
Great video as always. Love how snappy the delivery is, despite there being a huge amount of detail. Perfect balance.

I think Shane Whatley saw something on the stand. But Aqara didn’t mention anything formally
Nothing about Aqara g5 camera?
Not at this stage, but it’s close from what I am told

Thank you feedback on the music
I will have a look at both when the M3 arrives

All thank you and glad you stuck around while I took a break. This is purely going to be HomeKit related this channel

Agree, but like anything we need to wait and see for if and when they arrive

So could you use that aquara hub instead of the bond hub or the broadlink RM?
Sorry I don’t understand the question
@@HomeKitAuthority I think those two things can be used to automate otherwise unsmart IR devices. Does the aquara hub do that?
@@Gabriel-vi7nlof course, m2 and m3 have built in IR controller

Can you please do some videos with Homey and HomeKit?
I will probably bring out a video how I have transitioned devices to use this as a central hub in HomeKit
Anything on Amazon Ring Doorbell concerning Home ?
