I knew a cop who told me about something like this, except it happened at about 2:30am after the guy had been at a bar. Dude launched over the pass, and landed in a pile of gravel on the other side. His legs were broken and pinned by the dash of the car. He sat there until Monday morning when the road crews came into work and needed some gravel for something. 2+ days stuck in the car with broken legs. Don't drink and drive.
