The Tarkin of this timeline would be to me Grand Moff Kilran, to bad he doesn’t have a big role in the game
i dont think tarkin is on the same level as kilran or general rakton
I feel like Kilran was a tad bit more competent than Tarkin (if not by a long shot). The Tarkin Doctrine crippled the Galactic Imperial Military well before their fight against the Rebel Alliance, terror is all well and good but nuances like effectiveness and usefulness tends to win out. As for Kilran, he more than likely enjoyed a much more successful military career that saw to his promotion as opposed to cronyism with an Emperor, and had endorsed actually nuanced and practical technologies such as the creation of the Fury Class-Interceptor.

Skavak is the best antagonist in the vanilla game, he and the smuggler work really well together. Also the actor who plays Skavak also played Comstock in Bioshock
I prefer Hunter
but Skavak is a good one too

Danotory my top 5 class villains would be Skavak, Darth Baras, Hunter, The Voidwolf, Darth Thanaton. My overall top 5 are Vitiate, Darth Malgus, Skavak, Grand Moff Kilran, Vaylin
