I am assuming that on those 2 vacant lots next to the property, something has been built? It would be interesting to go see how that worked out? But yes, this house has it all and a few things more. (I loved the "fish" hanging from the fishing pole in one room.
lease just skip the pixelated showing of the large closets. very distracting. If we can't see it, why show it? But I do support you in being respectful of the privacy of the owner.

This house is far enough away that it is not an impact really. If you're on the water it's a serious thing and you'll need to replace refrigerators stoves televisions coffee makers things like that every 3 or 4 years
Looks like the lot next door will have a house that will block the view ! They're selling before they have to lower the price !
Possibly, but it won't destroy the view. That lot has been there empty for 20 years I don't know if anyone's going to build on it anytime soon or not. There are height restrictions so they can't just put up something huge

How much are the property taxes?
Short answer is that it depends on the owner. Hawaii has generally 2 property tax rates for residential: investor and owner occupant. Investor is 1.15% of assessed value and homeowner is 0.61% (or close to it). Additionally there are deductions for owner occupants that get better the older you are. And finally, we tend to under assess the value of the house and we do not reassess at the sale.
Beautiful home, great price. Location, location, location. Traffic outside, a street light shining in your bedroom, a house right in front of you, nope. Not for me.

When you pan to the right, you see that empty lot. Guess what's gonna be there blocking that wonderful view...

Why is it when selling houses they class a plunge pool as a swimming pool, one stroke in this pool and your at the other side so it’s not a swimming pool. This house is beautiful but because of the pool it wouldn’t be for me.
For something like that we would call it a lap pool

Not true. Title can be traced to Kamehameha III and the division of land called the Great Mahele. The courts have continually upheld this, but there is a cottage industry of lawyers taking money from native Hawaiians under this false pretext.
And just so you know my position, every native Hawaiian deserves a piece of Hawaii and the department of Hawaiian homeland needs to do better.
