Cute and interesting house, but I will NEVER understand why the pool is not in the backyard where that view can be most enjoyed! Who puts a pool by the darn driveway???

Aloha Mike, the design ethos of this Hale strikes me as a "Mini-Me" version of the "Gallery Hale" you debuted on June 26th. Surrounding yourself with the world & reserving the backyard for living with great views and extensive lanai living areas set up, as you pointed out. I would make it more pet friendly. But not many people have hunting dogs that are very active and they like to run around and without a fenced in area they could get hurt or worse.

agreed..... perfect spot on the opposite side of the house to enjoy an evening soak at sunset. I'm not sure about no inside access from the master to the main living area either... but as advertised.. it is unique.
I was born in 53 and I am 69. So the roof must be 67? I would replace it with metal I think. I would add a More formal out door kitchen? with a sink, mini-fridge and one of those round grill tops you turned me onto and some counter top working space. Yeah, I really like the place...
