I owned one for 25 years and loved it. Super comfortable, you can drive it on the highway for 5 hours, fill up with gas and drive it back home. If you want a convertible, roll down all the windows, open the sunroof and when you had enough the sun and wind, close everything and turn on the A/C. I wish the A/C was stronger but I guess in Germany the summers are short.
Very interesting .. I drive same 420 SEL from 1986 .. but in The Gambia. Great car... but the lousy roads here are killing the smooth suspenion here,.... hahaha... How is the riding comfort in Australia with speed? Cheers
