Love Alice Cooper. Badass musician, devout Christian and all-round wonderful human being. His music was the soundtrack to my late-night grad school lab work.
Go to his album “From the Inside”. All of the songs were written because of when he checked himself into a sanitarium instead of a rehab to dry out from alcohol. Pick songs like Millie and Billie and Nurse Rozetta.....those two are the most crazy songs on the album, and I mean that quite literally.
The album "Hey Stupid" that this song is from (duh) was his come back album. He had Slash from Guns N' Roses play guitar and Ozzy for the chorus. The part where Alice says "This ain't your daddy talking. You know I know" Ozzy lent his vocals for that section. Alice had a long life of alcohol and drug abuse and this was a message of "I've been to that place and trust me you don't want to go there" I hope that makes even a lick of sense.
Alice is Cooper Dooper! He has a string of hits that spans the last fifty years. Billion Dollar Babies, The Man Behind the Mask, Teenage Frankenstein, Feed My Frankenstein, Clowns Will Eat Me, Trash... The list of great songs goes on and on.
my favorite Alice Cooper albums are Trash, Hey Stoopid, Raise Your Fist And Yell ad Brutal Planet. Lots of people love his 70s stuff but I find that stuff too mellow his 80s and 90s shit was way better.
Alice Cooper was the Halloween Master all year round and we loved him. Check out Black Juju you will see what I mean. Fun Fact. Vincent's (Alice) father is a preacher.
You’ve done two newer Alice Cooper songs. If you really want to see him at the top of his game, you should check out some older stuff. Ballad of Dwight Frye, I Never Cry, Be My Lover, Billion Dollar Babies, No More Mr. Nice Guy...
You totally missed the Ozzy cameo. More Alice Cooper! Bed of Nails, Love's a loaded gun, Hell is living without you, Only My Heart Talkin (Duet with Steven Tyler), House Of Fire, Fred My Frankenstein...
Love Alice Cooper. Hey Stoopid is definitely one of the best hits! I would recommend the Welcome to my Nightmare albums and Brutal Planet. Also as a side recommendation, I would say Aesthetic Perfection Gods and Gold ua-cam.com/video/JMBzgU2z6WQ/v-deo.html
Love Alice Cooper, but he doesn't do a lot a music videos. Plenty of live shows to watch, and honestly, it is the best way to see the theatrics that is ALICE COOPER.
the reason he wrote this song is around that time teen suicides where happening a lot so he wrote Hey Stoopid as what he would say to his friend if he or she told him they was gonna kill themselves so I think that teen was trying to kill himself and I guess everyone else in the beginning... incase you didn't get the reason for the song🤘🏻
MY FIRST REQUEST. Since you have done a couple of Alice Cooper videos, it's time to check out a live performance from him. You think his music videos have a lot going on? LOL Check out this video of Alice Cooper - Ballad of Dwight Fry. ua-cam.com/video/4XGUX3WNhbs/v-deo.html&ab_channel=R.Albert The nurse in this video is Sheryl, Alice's wife of over 44 years.
