I love Fate, the fate fractal is a great tool for GMs. One thing to keep in mind is that you really need to keep players into creating advantages an giving it to others. It's like, for example, I do cover fire so that you have an easier time reaching another protected and more advantageous zone of fire. That's textbook Fate and so hard to sell to people that never ever decided to play bard or cleric.
Dresden Files Accelerated was the first FATE system I played. I like Core, but for some reason the Accelerated version really clicked with me. Maybe because it explained bonds with the fae helped answer some questions I had on how to some other things that to me were not as clear in the Core system to me.
FATE Core is my second favorite ttrpg system. 😊 Thank You for this review.
Thanks for the view! Really enjoyed this one
What's your number 1?

Great review, thank you! That said, I tried FATE multiple times and bounced off every time. Not every rpg is meant for every player and vice versa.
100% agree, luckily there's a ton of fun TTRPGs out!
@@TeganJGaming Indeed! I'm about to start running Urban Shadows 2e (PbtA urban fantasy game), going for a very Dresden Files feel (speaking of Fate).

Nice I need to check out the Dresden Files version!
