Hey thanks for the comment, whenever I started making the video I didn't realize I had ordered the wrong size router bit, I thought my router accepted a 1/2" shank but it only accepts 1/4" shank. That came in today so I'm fixing to start working on that video. The rounds I have are so heavy they don't need to be fixed to the sled, but I see alot of people use hot glue to do that, and if a piece is too thin you can just cut out another 30"x30" sheet of ply wood to act as a riser for the base. That design looks very uncomplicated and efficient. Would you happen to know what type of router bit would work best for this job? I'm planning on doing the same for a solid body guitar build. Thanks 👍
