I see the reflection of my iPhone in the slide all the time (using your backlight), no matter how much distance or in which position. How can I solve this? Because it's visible in the scanned image as well.

Try to keep the room as dark as possible with only the backlight as a source of light.
Also, try not to have the phone directly facing the image.
