Once I hear a car has 3 cylinders I'm out.
I'd rather have this 3cyl than GM's 3cyl.
This 3cyl has more HP than most V-8’s of the late 70’s through the 1980’s. The 1.5 I test drove was quite peppy and fun to drive.
Ford did a excellent job
I don’t know what area you are in or what is like there but here in Florida they are selling at or below msrp. The best deal I seen was $2k under.
This is more sportier off road than small jeeps
One just absolutely embarrassed a new TRD Off Road Tacoma on a trail ride, so while it may be a glorified Escape, they glorified it the right way. Or the new Toyota's are garbage...I don't know, but so long as it doesn't get too technical they are surprisingly capable of road.
The only thing it shares with the Escape is the C2 platform, engine, and transmission, and little else. It has a unique design and steeper windshield, HOSS suspension, unique AWD systems, different interior and more.
Not bad looking but, it’s not as reliable as Toyota I would rather spend 10grand more and get a 4Runner built with quality reliability.
Nice looking vehicle but I would be concerned about a lack of power to tackle challenging off road trails. The basic engine in the big Bronco is a 4 cylinder turbo and some people opt for the 6 cylinder for more performance.
The 3cyl is for light off roading while the Bronco Sport has a 2.0 4cyl turbo optional with a twin clutch differential that can essentially do locking.
I have a bronco and the color is black but for Christmas I want to black it all out.

I wouldn't buy one either with the 1.5 3cyl but I would say after driving one that it is more than adequate.
What 181 hp by a turbo charged 3 cylinder engine wow 😮 my Sportage has about the same hp but it is not turbo charged 😂 come on ford do better then that!
It's a small 1.5L. It'll accelerate quicker and get much better mpgs than your Sportage. I chose the 2.0 Turbo 4cyl over the 1.5 turbo 3 cyl and would recommend all do the same. The 2.0 is darn quick and very fuel efficient.
3 cyl. Ok for a female. A man requires at least the 2.0 turbo is much better. Bronco is a nice rig.
