Mosquitos!
Honestly? I spent about 5 hours here last month filming an episode of a TV show for HGTV, and once inside the property & pool area were hardly bothered at all by mosquitos! I was pleasantly surprised!
The house is up off the ground so mosquitos are rare

When I saw this property it looked like something that could be a good fit for this. What's the best way to reach out to you. The house has the locked front gate, but there is no neighborhood gate or other security. It's a small residential area seeing a bunch of construction just in the past 12-14 months.
