Man this is a vibe!!! This is probably one of my favorite villas you’ve showcased so far in Tulum. The indoor/outdoor ambiance, pool, and living area are gorgeous. I love the mural outside of the baby cub. With that size home and all those bedroom’s and garage-it must bring in a crazy good return on Airbnb. Now I want to move to Tulum! 😏
I had friends who lived in Tulum about 6 years and sold their house last year. They loved it for a while but it got too big. We house sat 3 summers in a row. between 17-19. We love Mexico but the amount it grew in 3 years was awful. The infrastructure couldn't keep up and crime went up. I wouldn't ever return to Tulum. But I know others love it. Just my insight.
This for only 700k ? This villa is insane and perfectly designed . I usually dont leave comments cuz alot of villas/mansions look so basic . But this here … wow . Its master piece .

Nice! Garage, storage and laundry on site! Flexible space! Beautiful outdoor space. This is my favorite unit to date. Beautiful kitchen cabinets. This home is huge and incredible at this price point!

As someone who's never been in the area I would appreciate some understanding of driving in the area, road conditions, opportunities to shop, entertainment. Will continue to look at your videos. So nice to finally see some of those beautiful houses for prices that are at least a bit more "realistic" to think of. Unfortunately Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries in the world., and after living in South Africa for a year, i am kinda tired of always worrying about every step you take... Most of my life I have lived in Switzerland, Germany and Sweden....so i am not used to all that
I do not recommend living in Tulum, It's too unsafe, It is better to live in Cancun Much of the city is somewhat quiet and even in some slums, but I do not recommend going further into the city as it is dangerous, But like I said a lot of it is kind of quiet

Really nice house ! Nice visit. I was expecting a more spacious house at that price range. Im a real estate investor and Tulum is way too expensive, i know it's all about location, but u can get something better/bigger for cheaper all around Quintana-Roo 😀
