This property is in a closed & gated community and is miles and miles from any town, so is not an open "public beach" and has very little foot traffic. The only people walking the beach in front of you home are your neighbors, their guests and the hotel guests. This property IS however a PRIVATE villa sitting beachfront.

Article 8 establishes that “access to maritime beaches and the Federal Maritime-Terrestrial Zone adjacent to them may not be inhibited, restricted or conditioned except in the cases established by the regulations.” The new article 154 considers monetary sanctions for the owners and adds that in the case of recidivism by the concessionaires, this will be revoked.
Amigo, I am not the mayor of the community allowing or not allowing access, only someone who promoted the fabulous Private Villa sitting on a gorgeous Caribbean Beach in Mexico. If you know the location, there are beach access points from the road... I think you missed the point in the subject of the video.
