Best lesson I`ve ever seen here. Thanx very much.
Agreed! This lesson is excellent.
Absolutely one of the best tutorials I have ever seen on UA-cam. Crystal clear.
Thanks very much danny! Im glad you liked it!!!
How is this 4 years old and only 12k views? Absolutely excellent lesson format! I've always been a big fan of Jeff's and had a difficult time learning it. This is fantastic, thank you!
This is excellent and fits with my style of learning drums. Always loved this song!
Great approach to this topic👍👍👍😊
Excellent lesson and very detailed. Thanks.
I just started drum lessons in January. I've been watching this video for about a month now and still can't play the song but finally got the verse to go along with the chorus. My difficulties have nothing to do with the instructor, who is amazing, it's simply detaching my right foot from my left hand. Add to that I'm left handed playing the kick with my right foot and it's a miracle I'm even still interested in learning this song, woof. Great video man. I'll get it eventually..
Awesome and thank you! You will get it (if you havent by now) - if i can clarify anything further let me know!
Mr. Brian, you are so great teacher and this tutorial resulting amazing to me! Thank you very much for share your skills, knowledge and profesionalism!

Very spot on and I knew on the verse uses the open hi hat on that shuffle
Really helpful. Thanks!!
it stands to reason that a MacDougall would be the best online instructor yet. I like how humble you are and how easy you are making it for me to learn this song. I've got 4 youtube tabs open so I can go between different parts of the song with your help :) thank you

Thanks a lot!
your most welcome!
Nice lesson that is very well articulated, but you left out my favorite riffs of his from this song, the sequential sixteenth note bass drum riffs near the end.
Thank you for the kind words Neal! I love those 16th note triplet bass drum parts too!! My elements videos are geared towards basic parts to get everyone off the ground with really cool tunes. Thank you for stopping by and “sticking” around
Go Brian!
Thanks Hunter!!
👌
top 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Great video! Although, I'm almost certain that on the verse the bass drum patterns are in groups of 3. Crash > HH > Boom > Cha > Boom > Boom > Boom > HH > Boom > Cha > Boom > Boom > Boom > HH... and so on
Yes!! Thanks Henrique! The idea behind these tutorials is to give a basic idea to those just getting/having the facility, not a transcription but yes man! You are correct!
très bonne vidéo très pédagogue ,très bon son ,un lien pour télécharger la partition ??? merci et bravo pour le travail

Am I too late to the party? The website needs a login/password so I cannot download the score or Anytime repeat markers :-(
Hi Stephen. I’m doing much needed maintenance so my site is down for a short bit. I can send these files to you personally if you will drop me a line at brian@beatcreature.com . I am sorry for the inconvenience.
