Anyway, i gotta do some corrections, that seemed to be fundamental to grasp the logic behind the Arabic grammar, that you have mistaken. (not grammar police, btw, lol) we don't say : انا فرحان (very unpleasant and more colloquial), we say انا فرح ( anâ fari7 *on* (quick fa, soft&quick ri and "on" name case for المبتدأ given that we haven't started with the verb) *remember Formal Arabic is VSO, here (انا) or me isn't a subject, because *subject* (exists exclusively in VSO structure, which always comes 2nd), subject could never be (انا ،انتم...) NEVER!! cuz we can't say(اكلت انا التفاحة), it's grammatically incorrect and becomes worse once the sentence becomes complex and long.... That's why personal pronoun are always in the beginning which inherently implies that they are not SUBJECT butمبتدأ cuz a pronoun is just a pseudo noun... Again BECAUSE the sentence haven't started with a verb (and there's no verb anyway in your 2nd sentence), نحن is a pronoun (a vice noun) that plays the role of noun, and because it's in the plural form, the adjective (فرح) shall be in plural. Remember! always when there's an adj. always go back the noun it describes and then determine its genre and its number... so the correction is : نحن فرحون... why ون? 1/ it's a plur. and 2/ cuz نحن is مبتدأ which a grammatical function for any noun in the beginning of a sentence, it's always ended with ضمة or * ُ * or Dhamma (rough D, the tonge is touching the back of the maxillar bone), thus the adj. inherits all the gender and number characteristics of the noun... I advise you to carefully focus on your pronunciation, as it can sometimes be difficult or even impossible to understand! Never mix Formal and colloquial Arabic, especially for the Moroccan variety (dialect), as it can just mess up with the whole grammatical structure. for instance, moroccan arabic is SVO and VO (the subject is dropped if it is a personal pronoun likeانا ،نتوما، حنا....), entirely different to the formal VSO.. hope this helps! When it comes to ur pronunciation, you'd better choose wisely the one who teaches, cuz generally speaking, moroccans have a really thick accent that makes their pronunciation a bit, let me say it, TERRIBLE... If you are in Morocco, the best people who can ABSOLUTELY help you in this, are Qur'an reciters... very clean pronunciation is mandatory! And, I guess they'll more than happy... don't fall to someone who (for financial reasons) would try to deter you from doing so... these reciters are, after all, expert in the language, all over the world...
