I think you are not that bad about the pyjama. I follow some bio hackers and some of them overdo it, some of them stay to the basics after trying all the fancy stuff (like you too) and even the basic guys often refer to the importance of high quality pyjamas, due to better temperature regulation of the body (makes sense to me, due to wearing this thing between 7-9 hours).
I’m going to do a second round of easy strength after 2 years since last time. Focus will be chins, clean and press, dead lift. For the clean and press do you still recommend 2x5?? Or is something like 2x3, or 3x3 better for that?
For recovery, 5 days a week of your easy strength recommended seems like no recovery between days. Is it because you are doing minimal sets? Would rest ever other day still get great results?
Parents have no recovery. Lots of people don't get a chance to recover. ES is just a training system and it isn't very stressful. Be sure to read up on it.

It's a huge part of what we do. If I didn't mention it specifically, everyone I coach uses walking as a foundation.

I have an Easy Strength for Olympic lifting on the site you can check out. Play with 5 x 2, 3x3, and 2x 5 and find what works best for you.

I prefer sleeping when it’s hot and humid 😂
