Girl yes to it all lol, I had to hit my rock bottom and a point in my life where I just didn’t want was happening anymore and simple asked a higher power for guidance turning to faith. I was open to experiencing anything that would help and I recommend everyone to try and find what resonate and seems to work. Thank you for asking.
