We picked up a bag of a wildflower mix from the Loveland Nursery in Colorado and the success of Larkspur and Poppies has the neighbors stopping by and saying how much joy its brought. Bonus, we don't spend time mowing the area now!
Awwww I think this has been my favorite video so far! It’s just so pretty there!! You are always just so sweet and have such a relaxed and happy presence about you. However, this has been the most natural and beautiful show of you, your husband and your amazing farm 🥰 It speaks to my heart ❤️ My dad has always planted fields and pockets of wild flowers, sunflowers with buckwheat and rye, clover, corn…. throughout his 100 acre property to feed everything that lives there. As well as a massive garden to share with family and friends!
Great video … one correction however - Rosa ‘New Dawn’ is not a David Austin introduction. It is actually a sport of Rosa ‘Dr Van Fleet’ and was introduced into the trade in the early 1930s by rosarian Henry Dreer.
Ugh, I too have had hungry little creatures (rabbits) visit my cut flower field. They ate every single Strawflower and every Statice! I feel your frustration:(
Beautiful, I have one question for you. How do you keep up with all of the weeds in your perennial beds? Every one of mine gets taken over by the second year no matter how much I pull.
Your flowers are beautiful. I am interested in the buck rose shown 15:28. I am not a rose grower (don't think I'm ready as a gardener yet to take them on in my 7A mid Atlantic humidity). Knockout roses are grown a lot around here but I think their form looks too shabby. I prefer tea roses, but your buck roses are lovely and I'm wondering if they would be easier for me to try. What variety is the light-medium pink at 15:28? Thanks!
Beautiful! I have a few things planted and waiting to mature. I also have some seeds that I want to direct sow, but making beds for them is hard in this Florida heat. 🫠

I think your mystery wildflower is a variety of Catchfly (Silene)
i think so too
And so do I.😊
It is! In az we also call it Sweet Williams 👍🏻
Watermelon 🍉 🍉 🍉 🍉 🍉 🍉, is going ti be very popular this year for sure
Yes, there's been too many damaging storms for many Americans,Be safe, take care and happy growing 🙏🌞💐
♥all the wildflowers!
Your videos always make me homesick for Iowa. You wouldn't think Indiana would look that different, but it does!
Love your wonderful farm. Beautiful! 😊❤️
I love your farm, nice video
Love everything ❤ at this moment I’m planting all my veggies and hundreds of flowers here in south central Alaska
Adam reminds me of a local pastor, his name is Jerry. You could be related. Blessings to you guys.
You guys are killing it!
Always love seeing a video from you both! ❤
I love watching your videos. The one flower color reminded me of strawberry lemonade.

Thanks for the tips🎉
Team watermelon! Not team red! Lol 😆🍉🌸
My columbine is 3' high this year😃 took some from my Mum.
I agree, I think it’s catch fly.
Birds do that to us- pull the plants out and leave them. Then they get down in the soil looking for bugs.

I would love for you to do a video on how you did this! Beautiful

Ladybugs lay eggs on milkweed as well.
I want to see the watermelon color!
Mystery flower looks like Maltese cross

Think the pink flower at around 7:55 is Dame's rocket, or phlox
How do u keep weed mat down with bad wind? I'm struggling to keep any of mine done before I can plant

Where can I buy apple mint seeds? I’ve been looking and can’t seem to find anything good.
Where did you purchase your apple mint?
