I really appreciate y’all busting your butts to remove the clippings. Many UA-cam channels don’t, especially abandoned properties, and I always think “the grass will never grow through that”.

You are so right, grass needs airflow and it sure doesn't get it if it's covered with piles of grass/hay clippings. Those other channels that don't do this are always telling people that it's good for the grass to leave it, but it's really not.

My great grandson, who will be 5 April 7th, says you're bootiful AND a hard worker. He wants all your yard tools when he gets bigger, he said. When Casey is not in the video for a space of time, he wants to know what he's doing. He loves watching with me. We think the two of you are awesome! He wants to stay to the end so he can say the "before" and "after"! He's my best buddy!

Or some of them should have went over and mowed it at least kept it down a few times a year . I know I was like Trish and Casey and al and the rest especially when it was next to me and they didn't have to drive their mower but across the street lol .

That is SOME YARD. I would love to see the back yard in another video. You might have to borrow a swather and baler to get it done. I hope there isn’t any gators in the river behind the house. Lol. Love the way you used the mowers to put all the hay on the drive. That's smart, stops you having to do heaps of raking. I was surprised you could get the first load of hay into your truck, it looked really heavy. I bet the next door neighbour was pleased with your effort, they will be crossing their fingers that you come back to do the back. You did a great job with the front.😊

agree with sonia below - one never knows other stranger's circumstances. Turn negative thoughts around to think of some of the other possibilities in the owners lives. Blindsides come at us all the time, impossible to say it was simply irresponsibility. Now, some/any neighbor not even offering water to Trish & Casey - that is a knowable offense.
Wow! What a transformation. It's wonderful! Have you ever considered cutting overgrown shrubbery down to the ground? It'll come back eventually. I always have felt that shrubbery should be kept at a height below the windows. Y'all do amazing work.
I agree about the shrubs but I think in this case it's probably better the windows are covered somewhat. Just because it is vacant, but then again I think a least taking it down to the top half of the window showing!. Compromise!! 😆

Great job as always! Covid hit NY really hard and I wonder if this person was impacted with their health. I know my grandmother went back and forth between MD and FL but once Covid hit she stopped traveling she’s now 97 years old. This person could have been in the beginning before we understood or had a vaccine. We never know someone’s story. The world needs more compassion and love and less judgment. You all did a great thing for the community. Casey you were too funny hiding in that grass! I hope you do a part 2 to the video and to the backyard. That would be awesome!

I wish you would have cut that one bush down shorter to be more inline with the smaller bush. That is the only thing I think needed fixing. Now - AMAZING JOB!
