I was one of them. Out of other skills that I learned in the pandemic, juggling is the best! Pandemic's boredom introduced me to it.

A useful way to learn the crossed-arm shower is to learn it from a crossed-arm half-shower and lower the underthrow until it becomes horizontal. You can do the same from a normal half-shower to shower

The coolest thing about this type of video is demonstrating that more balls doesn't equal harder. You can easily do 5 ball Mills, but a three ball shower can prove brutal. Remember people, it might not be you, but it might be the pattern you're trying.

How do you do it while sitting
I always learn and practice 3 ball patterns sitting down so I can pick up quicker 😄 But it took a lot of practice to be able to do it.

If someone told me that I am able to nearly juggling 3 ball cascade within one week .. 🫠 I am known for my really bad throwing skills.. my boyfriend wasn't even mad that day when I threw our keys in the river. I missed him by an angle of 45° ... 😅
