[55] is a fine pattern but I'm partial to [2233] with thrown 2s, in which one throws not points or lines but planes. (I'm hardly able to manage 0 [44] myself, but I saw Bruce Sarafian do [2233].)
It picks up fast. I went from 4b to 5&6 ball flash in a period of a few months. Practiced those flashes for about 5 months, almost time to attempt 7 ball flash
