Could you make a video making a program for baseball athletes in-season?
I’ll make a video on how to program workouts during season. And give a sample week maybe
I rarely see Defensive End workouts, so if you know any I would like to take a peak at a program
Thoughts on kettlebells? And could an athlete use them to effectively get stronger/more athletic? Great vid btw
Love them. Swings would be a great way to use the “plyo” part of this format. Also love them for presses, rows and core work

Would you do this 5 times a week
It’s possible yes. Just depend show it’s broken up, you’ll have to be mindful of the lower body work and how much volume and intensity you’re putting in
