    Thoughts on kettlebells? And could an athlete use them to effectively get stronger/more athletic? Great vid btw

      Love them. Swings would be a great way to use the “plyo” part of this format. Also love them for presses, rows and core work

      It’s possible yes. Just depend show it’s broken up, you’ll have to be mindful of the lower body work and how much volume and intensity you’re putting in
