After the cleans, you should do a inside circle 3 and outside circles 3times go for a inside circle snatch or side to side pendulum to inside circle pendulum and outside circle pendulum to overhead press to front rack squats to thrusters to windmills as many as you like
Single arm 125lbs kb rows and deadlifts and swings between the legs with one clean and press to overhead squat and a bunch of front rack thrsters or overhead squats or alternating same as the other side then some days you will just be doing outside side swings start and stop all of those
Outside clean and press + windmills five then between the legs clean and press times or santch and windmill 5, then cross body clean in press to windmill 5 inside circle to outside pendulum to outside side snatch squat to inside side pendulum. Get to 10 and then do 10 rounds on each side back circles front circles near side shield cast single mace and two hand mace and one hand high and the other low as your second workout inside circle to front rack squat thruster ,lower kb to shoulder level and do an outside circle to front rack squat to overhead press to squat overhead press to side bent press and then windmills go shower and don't push to hard
And then go into therapy for rotator cuff injury

I like the energy! I just ant to point out something I have noticed: You might want to start working on ankle and calf mobility. When you go down into the squatting position, your arches collapse and your feet roll inward. This seems to be more apparent on your right foot. This usually happens as a compensation mechanism. Because the calves and achilles tendons are tighter, they reduce the amount of dorsiflexion you can do. In order to compensate, the arches collapse and the feet roll inward, allowing the shins to continue moving forward. Working on ankle flexibility and mobility could help. Ideally, you should be able to go down into a deep squat position while maintaining good arches and ankles in a neutral position (not caved inward). Good Luck!

OK, I’ve never tried tactical cleans or tactical snatches. so I’m intrigued. It’s been like over a week since I threw a kettlebell around. because life happens. and I got a PT test coming up here soon so I’ve been running a lot more. What kind of barefoot shoes are you wearing?
