Way too expensive... as the comment above stayed, the location is what inflates the price a lot. No wonder there are so many homeless people roaming the streets.

It really a two bed apartment. The service charge will be £30K to £40K per year and it’s leasehold, so you do not own the walls of the building or the land, you will have a faceless landlord.
