Batman was actually there because my grandfather actually built it which is really cool and it has his name on the bricks. It’s like spray-painted I forget but yeah it’s still there and it’s was built in 1996.
You dodged a bullet with Green Lantern being closed. I've only ridden that twice and it was horrible head banging the entire time. It's one of the few rides I don't do when I'm there lol.

As a Great Adventure ride op, so glad you both enjoyed your day! A few tips I’d personally recommend are ride Kingda Ka toward the front and El Toro toward the very front or very back. We hope you’ll visit us again soon!
I only had time for 1 more ride at the end of my day so I chose El Toro over Kingda Ka. OMG what an incredible ride! I think I technically sat on a wheel seat and still didn't feel any substantial roughness. Of my 49 credits, El Toro and Wicked Cyclone at Six Flags New England are tied for my favorite ever.

@ZMSaypol how fast does king da ka actually go?! I have been so curious because a former ride operator admitted it doesn’t go 128 miles per hour but didn’t want to reveal the actual speed. Would love to know if you know
@@geoinventor3 Every launch is a different speed. It’s more of a range than an actual number. 128 mph would pull probably -2Gs over the top 💀. I’m not gonna say the actual speed but I’ll say you’ll be lucky if you hit 120 mph

We live on Long Isalnd NY I road Batman the Ride the VERY FIRST day it was open in 93. I've ridden Nitro over 30 times. I've road coasters in several different states, you guys are awesome. We found you , because I'm taking them to Dorney for their first time later this month. My mom is from Allentown so I've been there countless times. Your video review of Dorney has made them even more excited, me even more excited and inspired my best friend, and coaster junkie partner, decide to tag along with us. I'm still mad I was able to get on every ride , but el toro.. still don't understand how I was too fat for the ride... it was actually heart breaking as an enthusiast... I ended up depressed... like was like I'm ready to leave now.. like how embarrassing ... get the first seat, and then you have all the workers come over to push the seat down, and then to get told oh its' not gonna work you gotta get off. walked to the back with my head down as everyone pointed...

Carbs and sweets are the worst for managing your weight. Have to make small changes, stick with it and then keep building. I’ve been eating apples a lot recently and I swear I get so full from 2 big apples. Try that for breakfast as it works for me

Kingda Ka is rougher towards the back. The first 2 rows are the only 2 I ride if I have the choice (they assigned rows during covid). The front is definitely the best, but the second is good too if you don't feel like waiting
On Kingda ka if you want to put your hands up before the launch do it after it starts going back. They can’t stop it once the train moves back to load up

Love ur videos. My family is going to Disney this summer. We live right by Hershey, and bought an insta 360 to record coasters and our Disney trip. How do you secure your insta 360 for coasters?
I use the Insta360 Go3. It's strapped to my wrist with a basic Silicone Wristband I bought on Amazon was $11. I use a velcro cable tie around it for extra security.
I was at sixflags today and wanted to ride Kingda Ka so bad, I came all the way from the Netherlands. I already visited cedar point and hersheypark they were very nice. But today it was raining so kingda ka was closed, im so sad because im already leaving 😢

I use a regular GoPro with a wrist strap, but only in parks like Busch Garden and SeaWorld, which allow it. Every time you break out that camera on a ride, you risk being ejected from the park. You are more brave than I am. Thank you for filming the safari, it is often forgotten about. Also, why eat (and pay those prices) when you will be leaving the park soon? There are a Wawa and a McDonald's right outside the park gates.

I want to like this, but why are your POVs never in the best row? El Toro's best seats are in row 17; Nitro: back row; Jersey Devil back row; Kingda Ka Front row: Medusa Back row; Batman Back row; Green Lantern; back row; Superman Ultimate Flight: back row etc. Also: why do you need music for EVERYTHING, especially candy coated kiddie music, as though it's supposed to "help" the viewer understand that coasters are fun? If anything: it's gonna put people with good taste who don't already like roller coasters HATE roller coasters, and it's obnoxiously redundant for most people who already do love roller coasters. In either case: it's PATRONIZING, except for people that have the taste of a mentally challenged pre-schooler. (That's not offensive: since ALL preschoolers aren't tall enough to ride any of these coasters anyway.) I'm more interested on hearing your impressions coasters I love when you ride them for the 1st time, which I thank you for, but could do without being patronized. To end on a positive note: Thank you very much for sharing your impressions of coasters I love; I only hope I can still experience it without the pain. How much pain? I saw that happened alot at my six flags this weekend felt sorry for them and it got be embarrassing they need to make seats bigger for bigger people

8:48 that's where the Chiller was. one of my favorite rides unfortunately it had issues. removed in 2007. great launch coaster when it ran.
If you go to Great Adventure in New Jersey, you have to go through the zoo drive through, very big zoo.

Nitro is my favorite roller coaster ever
Houdini's is a Vekoma Madhouse. You tilt 15-30° while the room around you rotates 360°. Used to operate the ride. It's a classic.

You got lucky usually a shitty park, only reason I still go there is for ka and jaro Saturdays in the summer chaos, weekends in the fall are the best

His camera is easy to.conceal, especially in this time.of.year. Its literally the size of his thumb. Much harder in the summer.
