- Preparing the wall for paint with an orbital sander. Time to sand, fill imperfections, caulk and splash some paints on the walls.
This sander saves so much time!! Recommend using it with a hoover or dust extractor to save writing off the entire house.

Depends on where you live. I'd assume a decorator will charge £160-£230 per day
Is there a newer version of this sander? I am not seeing it on amazon
I doubt it will be on Amazon, it's only in Screwfix and B&Q

I've got a lot to do soon, stripping wallpaper and will be sanding / filling in a number or rooms and was looking at the drywall sanders from screwfix. Did you choose this one for it cost? easier to handle etc?

Totally cost although it's really good. Erbauer I knew was a pretty good brand anyway, it's light weight so easy to control, powerful enough and you get a 3 year guarantee!
Put it through its paces, if it breaks, I get a new one for free 👌

Yeah I'm a bit off put by the £200 price tag for the dry wall sanders. Very tempted to give this one a go as I know Erbauer are a decent make. Though they've been cheey and put it up to £59.99 now.
B&Q now £62 as well, cheeky buggers
The only sander you need is a pole or a hand sander! Everything else is just a waste of time,money and effort! Just my 35+ years experience opinion! 😎
Orbital = zero effort. Great for the lazy generation!
