It felt like I really had an awakening. At some point I lost Flo's instructions and suddenly became more and more happy. Every inhale filled my body with love and happiness. I began to smile and everytime I inhaled my smile went even brighter until I stayed in my face, like it was always suppossed to be there. Wonderful feelings. Love you guys!
Thank you, today was such a precious guided session. It's the closest I've come to seeing the point of meditation. I don't even know why I'm doing it, after yoga I just reach for the next Day's video, and afterwards I feel like the good dials turned up and the bad dials turned down. Thank you very much for making this available for those who are finding these days challenging (mine is not Covid or 2020 related, it's older than that).

Second post on this video but this is end of day for me. Just wanted to say that I haven't felt this "awake" during the day in a long time! Maybe ever! I found myself naturally zooming out/meditating during the actual tasks and situations of my day rather than just meditation period. Amazing
It’s getting harder and harder to quiet the thoughts, they’re getting more frequent :( guess that’s ADD for you. Won’t give up! Thank you for the videos.
Really nice practice. Thank you :) I started out with pretty good focus on my breath but then when you mentioned the quote I replayed ‘I think because I am’ which gave me the sensation that the left side of my brain really calmed down , don’t know how to describe it but it was nice because I spend my days on analytical work. However my right side of the brain became very active and started replacing the ‘I think therefore I am’ line in the Billie Eilish song with the one I had been repeating 🙈 work in progress!
So nice. Would like to have more… already done all the Meditations found from you several times. I am on patroneon as well. Are there more Meditation class with Flo? Thanks for the travel ticket to my me.
I don’t know if I was feeling an awakening, my face felt fuzzy i had the sensation of being under water. And could no longer tell if I might be tipping backwards... but I just let my self sink
I really enjoy your narration, but would love it if you could breathe between each sentence (slow inhale, slow exhale) and allow space even between sentence phrases. This slower pace of delivery would transform the depth of your meditation.x
If it is not I who is doing the thinking, but rather I who is observing Curt thinking then perhaps I can let go and trust that Curt has the answers. Or doesn't have the answers. In either case there isn't much I can do about it but enjoy the ride.
Thank you so much. I have a question please: I have problems sitting, it always hurts in the middle of my back after a short time. Am I doing something wrong? It even gets worst while sitting on a cushion. Do you have similar experiences or maybe heard of it? I dont have back issues thats why I am asking. Would love to hear from you!
Loving this series more than any before! It has been so hard to even start and this is keeping me accountable. I have a quick question: I am sitting on pillows and still my hip flexors start to cramp really fast, what shouldI do? Help
I have the same problem and I'm practicing either sitting on a chair or lying on the floor. I think I'll have to get me some magnesium armpit spray though for the long term!!
I can do okay with recognizing thoughts and letting them go but I have a hard time with when it comes visualations. I keep seeing random images or abstract art snd they linger so heavily. I don’t know how to let those pass. It feels like I have less control on those . Not sure sure if this is just me because I am an artist or if this or normal .
Is it okay to do sama vritti during the meditation or do you guys try to keep pranayama separate from meditation? I find it makes it easier to focus on the breath but maybe if I'm counting seconds that's not ideal?
meditation with someone's else arbitrary background music. it's a misunderstanding to me. maybe it is meant as obstacle to overcome. but I choose the easy way and excercise with videos that give me choice as to what listen to or stay in silence at all.
Hey guys I have a bit of an OCD for following directions to the T or else I feel like I didn’t do something right and I know you guys always say to be in a most comfortable place but just wanted to make sure... is it okay to do these meditations from shavasana position bc sitting up straight for too long does eventually put some painful strain on my back! Help me out here somebody lol

this is normal as you're getting more aware of the thoughts! remember there is no bad meditation as long as you sit down and do it 🖤

Ive been struggling with my feet/legs falling asleep in the middle of my practice, any tips to alleviate this?

Try moving daily, eating more plants and consider supplementing magnesium oil spray in the arm pits before bed (we know sounds weird!) 🙏
