Perry's 71' CB350 - Will it Start?

Trying to Start my Bike this afternoon. Weather is in low 40s but bike has been in heated garage. Fresh tank of Gas, Choke is Open. You can Hear the starter make a weak "stuck" sound. Then i say. "dead" and i get it to Start very briefly with the kickstarter.
