@@ervinslens thank you my friend, it was our first time in this range but we will be back. Thank very much for watching its much appreciated as always 👍
Geoff, a fantastic viewpoint, especially with clear air giving views up to the hills of the Scottish Islands and even as far as Donegal if memory serves me right😊 Love those views to Rathlin and Fair Head👍Didn't look too bad underfoot for those wet Antrim Hills - Trostan will give you the wetter experience😊
@@gerrymcveigh cheers Gerry for watching, always appreciated 👍. A great start for our journey into the Antrim hills, with smashing views. Yea I was the same, i could have watched the boats head over to Rathlin all day. I hear Trostan can be a bit damp under foot 😂. We will head there soon but 👍
A we change is always nice.
@@thomasshafe definitely nice to get out of the Mournes, now it’s time to tick of the Antrim hills 👍
It's lovely up there 🫶😎
@@maxinebriggs8102 definitely Maxine, we will be going back up again but it probably won’t be till the new year but we’ve a few things planned for up in around there 👍
@GeoffGreenawayOutdoors good job 👍
Good wee video! 👌
@@footslogger_ni cheers mate, are you getting out much?
@@GeoffGreenawayOutdoors I'm up to my neck in work. But I am getting out, nothing new, though. The usual, wee trips up the coast and walks around where I live. I've a few trips planned for next year and plan a Xmas Eve camp! I've no kids or anything and hey, why not! haha.
So hopefully Xmas Eve is a wintery, low wind, low rain one!
Great video mate! Really enjoyed this. Some stunning views and great effort on the hike. Well done bud.
@@Roam.Outdoors thank you mate. Luckily this one was done in the summer months so got some dry weather for a change.
Good man Geoff. Would take a bit of that weather now 😂
@@alanlyness8413 Hi Alan, definitely some warmth and dry weather would be nice.
Nice one. Can see Argyll from your island 👍 must have been close to the giants causway? Cheers.
@@cowalexplorer morning Fraser, yea just up the road is the causeway. Nice neck of the woods, I wasn’t sure what I was looking at, knew it was Scotland, would it be Campbelltown?
@ aye would have been the southern tip of the Kintyre peninsula. Maybe Southend. There’s a cracking lighthouse I want to visit down there, it’s on the SW tip.
@ excellent Fraser, just having a look at the Google maps here it definitely looks like Southend and the Mull of Kintyre lighthouse, i probably should have know that to be fair. Looks a cracker place for low level camp maybe 👍
There's about 5 false peaks 🙈😂
@@maxinebriggs8102 very true but good views when it was clear
@@GeoffGreenawayOutdoors yeah it's lovely
