@@STLPM We have two young children. Renting a big house for the same what we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment in Beverly Hills. Plus my mom is here, so they get to have a relationship with Grandma. Mmmmm Shwarma!
I love how much house you can get in St. Louis compared to California. Plus you have family so I think that you are going to make a great transition here and be pleasantly surprised on the things to do in St. Louis. Let me know if you want to connect. I like helping transplants discover the area.
Overhyped I mean, if you absolutely love stale, car-centric, cookie-cutter US "Levittown-esque" neighborhoods, I guess it's not bad but.. otherwise, no thanks. I lived there for a while, and I'm over that shit (at 37), esp. since I'm really starting to prefer walkability and transit a lot more over the last few years than ever before. Having to drive everywhere and be stuck in traffic to get even a short distance I'm just OVER (to say the least) Not like I can 'afford a house' anytime soon anyway, haha
Ballwin is a fave! Keep up the videos
You are GOAT! 🐐

We just moved to Ballwin from Los Angeles, renting a house for now. I love that Schwarma place!
What made you move to Ballwin? I am originally from San Jose, California. I’m so happy you found that Shawarma place.
