just divide the pounds by 2.2 and u get the KG amount
Joe 128 / 2.2 = 58.
2.2 pounds per kilogram is an approximation. The exact conversion is pounds x 0.45359237 kg (assuming avoirdupois pounds). This also avoids the need to divide.
OK... 25 lbsX 0.45359237 kg = 11.34809 (lbs)(kg) because that is what happens when you multiply lbs to kg

This is a life of death conversion that can kill when not done correct when fueling aircraft at least 2 incidents have happened when someone used kilograms instead of pounds and didn't give them enough fuel and they had to divert very good skill to know and I wish America used the metric system like the rest of the world but we have to be special right lol

lbs can be a force or a mass (lbf or lbm). kg are always a mass. Which does the starting lb number quantify? This is not an adequate explanation of how to do this

By that 1N force requires a mass of 100gm or 0.1kg
2.2 lbs=1 Kg
so 180lbs=81.8 kg(i.e. 180/2.2)
F=81.8Kg×10(not 9.8)= 818N
If u use 9.8 the answer is 801N

Wattpad Reader baby....,it’s simple just remember that for every 1kg..it will always equal 2.2 pounds. So let’s say you weight 214...... if you wanted to convert, all you would do is divide your weight or ANY NUMBER TO 2.2. Sooooo it would be 214/2.2 and your weight will be 97 KG.............

It’s “libra pondo” in latin and it’s something similar in latin languages. English just took “pondo”. In french we say “livre” and spanish “libra”. In french “livre” also means book while in spanish it’s “libro” basically the gender is switch in spanish whereas it’s the same on both in french(m).
While writing all of this confusing stuff, I was wondering why books in english isn’t something similar to the other two languages I speak. And I realized “library” is indeed similar lol
