Easy Raspberry Chilly Jam

  • Add some heat to your favourite berry jam to serve over some camembert for your next party. This is just one flavour combination, but the options are numerous. With so many various flavoured jams and chilli varieties you can really make this recipe your own.
    EASY BERRY CHILLI JAM
    1/2 cup berry jam of choice - I used raspberry jam
    2 - 3 habanero chillies - seeds removed
    Warm berry jam for one minute in a small pan.
    Add the habaneros. The more you use, the hotter it is. Start with 1 or 2 for your first attempt, then adjust chilli quantity to your personal liking.
    Bring jam and chillies to a simmer while stirring and allow to simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
    Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing the chillies.
    Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
