Man you saved my azz. I almost blemished the hell out of my TruGlo's on my SD9VE. I looked up the Sight Bench model on YT and first vid that pops up is a Night Sight Kit and firearm that I'm trying to install with. What are the odds! 😂

Hey D, yes this should work for your SD40ve. As stated at the beginning the packaging does not state that it works for the VE models, including mine. After pushing on and running it throw over 1000 rounds the sight have stayed in place with no issues.
