What's the JAR of white liquid? Is it a sealant! I bought a 45m roll of the foil but can't get any of my acrylics to adhere to it! I have cleaned it thoroughly with 99% isopropanol alcohol but nothing will stick to it!

Yes,mate is my homemade sealer. Sorry for the delaied answer.
