Care ar fi cauza exfolierii stratului de epoxy împreună cu grundul?Vechimea grundului?Sau doar faptul că voblerul atinge substratul și loviturile fac că epoxy sa crape și acolo sa se infiltreze apa?Am observat asta in cazul vibe-urilor.Ms😉

Cred ca socurile.pot facilita intrarea apei sub topcoat sau chiar mai adanc,in functie de cat e vobleru ala de "incercat"

It's made by 3M,but it has no name. Just aluminum.foil

Have you managed to make any clear (plastic-urethane) lures that float? Or is that only achievable by injection moulded hollow plastic like the bought ones?

You need a plastic urethane lighter than water in the first place. And after depends on how much balast do you add.
