You can do it!
Delicioso, saludos desde MEXICO
thanks!
Made these today for breakfast. My bf asked “did you make this or did you buy this?”…he proceeds to finish 3 scones in one sitting and said “best scones I’ve ever had, even better than the ones in 5 star hotels!”
Thank you for the recipe! :)
haha nice. glad that it was good!
They look amazing! Could you please show us how to make a peach tart? Peaches are in season now :D
yep
I'll give it a shot as soon as possible, hopefully tomorrow or the day after. Looks like a delicious scone, but I imagine it would be difficult to replicate in such a hot climate as Taiwan.
ok!
Great tutorial 👏🏼 Anyway, do I have to chill the dough in the fridge before I bake it? Or I can bake them right away?
if you work fast enough, then you can bake right away.
This is a must-try :) If I want to make cheese bacon scones, how to change the recipe? Thanks Chef Hanbit :)
Hope you enjoy
Chef hanbit could you make a tutorial video soft and moist roll cake?
yeah
레시피를 보면 마들렌이나 스콘 들어간 주재료에 따라 용량이 조금씩 다르던데..여러 종류의 스콘을 만들려면 스콘 종류마다 따로따로 계량을 하는 방법 밖에 없나요??공통으로 들어가는 재료들은 똑같이 넣고 서로 달리 넣는것들만 따로 계량하는 방법은 없을까요?^^;
yummyumm
yumm!
Hi chef! 😊 Can I substitute the heavy cream with buttermilk? What happened if I substitute the cream with buttermilk to the texture?? Thanks 😊
hmm not sure really.
Please share some eggless recipes as well
Sure 😊
I'm really waiting for your content about cold drinks that are better from Starbucks
sure!
I will definitely use ur method👌👌😍😍. Do i think if I substituted heavy with sour cream will the results be the same?? Also would love u to give us the recipe for savory scones some people keep asking for salty stuff. I love sweet stuff though😍😍
i think sour cream would work too.
I really love to eat k things and there are so many people's who wants to eat k things. I am living in Pakistan where I can only buy things and can make things for myself. It will be so great if u create another channel for recipes of different Korean dishes ( just a suggestion please don't mind) . Wishing you more success in your life 😊
thanks.
In your online class do you do commercial bread baking (soft and fluffy Korean bread )
nope.
Chef, thank you for recipe. I am going to try it tomorrow. Can I ask, the temperature, is fan forced oven? My Smeg oven has fan and no fan feature. So using your recipe, I should turn the fan on (fan forced) and bake at 190 degree as written? And if I don’t use fan, i should bake at 210?
yeah i use fan assisted oven. well i suggest you use the fan feature.
Thank you chef. I will try with the fan on. One last question, all your recipes are written with fan on? Including Madeleine and financier? Even genoise?
Thank you again, learn so much from you. Where can I get your book in Australia? Not ebook. I love a real book. I guess i will read your korean recipe with google translate. So desperate 😂
Hi chef, please bring the castella cake for the next video please
yeah.
What are the cubes on top of the finished scones please Hanbit? Cubes of butter or cream perhaps ?
I think it’s butter?
yep! butter.
Your recipe is so easy and perfect, this is my first time baking scone, I don’t know why my scone is flaky and texture like cookie☹️ I believe experience is needed
My pleasure 😊 Flaky doesn't sound bad to me though?
🥰🥰🥰
thanks!
oh gosh I'm gonna get so fat but it's okay 😂 Once I learned to make this properly I will try adding cream cheese to the dough OH! 🤤
lol yeah!
Please chef I would like if you make videos without noisy music or too many breaks
I appreciate it and thanks for the gorgeous recipes
Noted
1st! On stand by💖
Haha nice Zara!
@@HanbitChoyeah.. 🤗
Can you show us a recipe for Bakery Style Muffins pls😇
-Mark from the Philippines
right!
Hi I have a question about the scone I made, I shaped my scones in a rustic way (ball shape) and during the baking, it became flat like a cookie. Do you know why that happened? 🤔
yeah i explain that in the video.
Dear Hanbit, I always wanted to make some scones since I really like scones but it kinda hard to find heavy cream / buttermilk in where i lived, so what liquid can I used to substitute? thank youu,,
milk kinda works.
@@HanbitCho thank you so much ❤
Hi chef can i change the heavy cream with sour cream? Thanks
hmm good question. not sure.
May I know how to do it with a cake mixer instead? Thanks
oh it's the same.
( Dosen't the recipe need to rest time? )
Can you mention the ingredients with measurements. Highly appreciated.
in the description.
Any chance we’ll get the English version of your recipe book?
soon! the translation is under way.
@@HanbitCho hooray. Thanks. Looking forward to purchasing a copy.
Hello Mr Hanbit
I have a question.
If the whole egg weighs more than 40gms (let's say 50gms) then how to reduce the weight of the same?
Do you reduce the egg white to make it 40gms?
oh just mix it really well so it becomes homogeneous then weigh it.
@@HanbitCho Thank you 🙂
Oh my I want to eat it too. Are you going to open the cafe or your bakery shop somehow~ >_
haha don't have a cafe yet!
Im a professional violinist but these days im so much into baking just as a hobby. Could you tell me where in Seoul I can buy all the equipment for baking? Stay cool~
Yes, bangsan market.
It's turn good and light however I can taste bitter and sharp from the baking soda ...I put 12gr baking soda with 320gr flour (I double up the recipes) ...can you tell me what kind of baking Power brand that you use? And does anyone have the same problem with me?
hmm you can adjust it it's ok.
Hi chef, Would you like to try the recipe I use, its off UA-cam but I can't remember who originally uploaded it but all credit to them it's a pretty nice recipe... I've tried so many of your recipes and thoroughly enjoyed them.. 😁i guarantee you ll like it😊
250g self raising flour
150ml pouring cream
Couple pinches salt
50ml buttermilk
50 g grated butter (on the large side of grater, just grate it cold and then toss it in the flour and chuck it in the freezer... Nooooo eggs!!
Mix the cream and buttermilk, you may not need all of it depending on your flour..
Everything else pretty much the same , mix everything with a fork then , stack it a few times but pat it out rather than roll.. Cut, chill and brush with cream and bake in a super hot oven..
I don't add sugar as this way you can have it with sweet or savoury ..
ok thanks!!
Plz share croissant recipe
Sure 😊
